Super Bowl LX was played on Sunday, February 8, 2026, and the live broadcast has ended. In Canada, the announced options were CTV and TSN in English, RDS in French, and Crave through its live CTV channel. Viewers with an antenna may have been able to watch a local CTV station free over the air; streaming access generally required an eligible subscription or TV-provider login.
Event: Super Bowl LX, played in Santa Clara, California, on February 8, 2026. Bell Media named CTV, TSN and RDS as Canadian broadcasters and said the game streamed on Crave through the live CTV channel. The NFL’s Canada viewing guide also lists TSN for NFL playoff and Super Bowl coverage and RDS for French-language coverage.

These were Canadian options; broadcast rights and feeds differ in other countries. Bell Media’s event announcement has the original outlet details. This is a historical guide, not a way to access the concluded live event. Replay or highlights availability may change, so check the service’s current catalogue rather than assuming the full game remains online.
Was Super Bowl LX free to watch in Canada?
Possibly on television: viewers within reception range of a local CTV transmitter could receive its over-the-air signal with an antenna, without a pay-TV subscription. Reception depends on location, terrain, buildings and antenna placement, and CTV availability is not uniform across Canada. That is different from a free online stream: the official streaming route announced by Bell Media was Crave’s live CTV channel, and streaming access was subject to the relevant subscription and location.

How the Canadian broadcast options differed
CTV: conventional English-language television
CTV was the conventional broadcast-network option. A local station could be available over the air, while cable, satellite and other TV-provider customers could check their local channel guide. Do not assume a national channel number: lineups vary by provider and market.
TSN: English-language sports coverage
TSN also carried the English broadcast. Its event coverage is confirmed, but the available event announcement does not specify a TSN streaming plan, price or entitlement. Anyone checking TSN’s direct service should verify the live-channel access and event listing rather than assuming any particular subscription tier included the game. RDS: French-language coverage
RDS was the identified French-language broadcaster. The NFL’s Canadian viewing page also identifies RDS for French-language NFL action, including the playoffs and Super Bowl. Check the provider or RDS service for access in your market.

How Crave streaming worked
Crave carried the game through its live CTV channel; Bell Media did not describe it as a separate NFL-only stream. Access depended on a Crave plan and location that included the live CTV feed. Check the live-TV area of the service, not only its on-demand catalogue. Current service details are at Crave.
Could you watch without cable?
- With an antenna: CTV could be a no-pay-TV option if a local station was receivable at your home.
- With internet but no TV package: Crave’s live CTV channel was the clearly announced streaming route, subject to plan and location. TSN direct streaming was another service to investigate, but confirm the specific event entitlement before subscribing.
- With neither reception nor an eligible stream: the official sources identified here do not establish a free online stream.
For an event that has already ended, starting a subscription solely for that broadcast is not useful. Check current replay availability before paying for a service.
What about DAZN or NFL Game Pass?
Do not treat general NFL-season coverage as proof of Super Bowl LX access. The official event announcement named CTV, TSN, RDS and Crave, while the NFL’s Canadian page points to TSN and RDS for playoff and Super Bowl coverage. The available event-specific confirmation does not establish DAZN as a Super Bowl LX outlet. DAZN may be relevant for other NFL-season coverage; consult DAZN Canada for its current rights and schedule.
Using a TV provider or looking for a U.S. feed
Provider channel numbers and package requirements vary. Search the guide for CTV, TSN or RDS, and confirm the local station or package directly with the provider. Bell’s football channel support page illustrates that channel lineups differ by service.
Canadian broadcasters carried the Canadian feeds. A U.S. station might have been receivable in some border areas, depending on antenna reception and provider lineup, but it was not a nationwide Canadian streaming option. Canadian broadcast substitution practices may also affect which feed appears. A VPN is not a dependable official way to obtain a different broadcast and may conflict with a service’s terms.

CTV is missing from the guide
- Search for “CTV” and check the local station or affiliate listing.
- Ask the provider whether the station is included in your market’s lineup; try TSN as the alternate English broadcaster if you already had access.
- For antenna reception, rescan channels and check signal strength and antenna placement.
Crave does not show live CTV
Check whether the account’s plan and location include the live channel, and look in the live-TV section rather than only in on-demand listings. Updating the app or device and signing in again may address a technical problem, but will not add a channel that is not included in the plan.

TSN requests a TV-provider sign-in
You may be viewing a provider-authenticated stream rather than access included with a direct subscription. Provider login and TSN’s direct streaming service can have different requirements; check which entitlement your account has before purchasing or cancelling anything.
A stream buffers, looks poor or trails the TV feed
Internet delivery can lag behind conventional television. Bell’s TV support page notes that live-event streaming introduces delay. A wired connection, reduced network activity, restarting the app, or using a conventional TV feed may help with buffering. If spoilers matter, mute notifications and group chats while watching a delayed stream.
