New episodes of Love & Best Dishes are released weekly on YouTube, her official site still sells cookbooks and kitchen goods, and her family’s Savannah restaurants are no longer open. Food Network canceled Paula’s Home Cooking in 2013, and nothing in her current official material points to a Food Network series in production.
Where her cooking shows can be watched now
Deen’s official viewing guide on PaulaDeen.com is the clearest current picture of how her television library is distributed. It describes three routes, each with different access terms.
| Where to watch | What the official guide says | Access |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube | Five new episodes of Love & Best Dishes per week, plus classic full episodes and vintage clips | Free, as listed in the guide |
| PaulaDeen.com | Selected episodes and specials | Free, as listed in the guide |
| Prime Video | Links to Paula’s Home Cooking and Paula’s Best Dishes | Requires a Prime Video account or subscription; catalog availability changes, so check the live listing |
The official video catalog also showed new entries dated October 6, 7, and 8, 2026, including Love & Best Dishes recipe videos and archival clips. That is a snapshot of recent posting, not a guaranteed schedule.
What happened after Food Network
Food Network canceled Paula’s Home Cooking in 2013, according to the Associated Press. Deen did not disappear from television afterward. AP’s 2025 account lists these later appearances:
#1 Best Overall
- ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, a competition appearance on a network program.
- Gordon Ramsay’s Fox program MasterChef: Legends, a guest appearance on a Fox series.
- Fox Nation’s At Home With Paula Deen, a streaming-platform program under her name.
The practical way to describe her present career is as an independent cooking-media and food-brand business: online episodes, a cookbook line, a shop, and restaurants with a smaller footprint than before.
Restaurants: what closed and what is still listed
The Savannah closures
Deen and her sons ended service at The Lady & Sons and The Chicken Box in Savannah on July 31, 2025. AP reproduced the family’s statement:
“Hey, y’all, my sons and I made the heartfelt decision that Thursday, July 31st, was the last day of service for The Lady & Sons and The Chicken Box.”
The Lady & Sons was the restaurant that made Deen’s name in food service. AP reports that it once served roughly 1,100 diners per day at its height, a historical peak rather than a recent figure. AP also attributes a 1999 USA Today “meal of the year” recognition to the restaurant.

Books, food products and the brand
PaulaDeen.com’s biography traces Deen’s business from The Bag Lady, her home catering operation, through restaurants, publishing, food products, and television. It names Love & Best Dishes: A Collection of Recipes, Stories & Letters from the Heart as her most recent book. Simon & Schuster’s author page describes her as the bestselling author of eighteen books. The publisher page is undated, so treat the eighteen-book figure as the publisher’s current description rather than a dated count.

The official shop lists food, cookbooks, cookware, bakeware, kitchen tools, linens, tableware, décor, and apparel. Products shown there include House Seasoning, Ooey Gooey Original Butter Cake Mix, and Sweet Bourbon Glaze. Prices and stock change, so check the shop before buying.

- Deen’s private day-to-day life and personal plans.
- The reason for the Savannah closures. The family’s statement does not give one, and no other reason has been established.
- Any recent on-record interview about her plans beyond the online and brand activity described above.
