OCC’s official venue page lists the OCC Road House & Museum at 10575 49th Street North, Clearwater, Florida 33762. A September 2026 trade report places the operation in neighboring Pinellas Park. These facts describe where his company works and its public face. They do not establish where he lives.
Where the business is based now
The company’s public base is the OCC Road House & Museum. For a visitor address, use the listed Clearwater street address from the official venue site. Harleysite, a German motorcycle publication that ran a first-person report dated September 30, 2026, describes the operation as being in Pinellas Park, near Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Both descriptions point to the same area. The difference is one of municipality, not of location. Harleysite dates the move of the operation to this site to 2021 and describes it as combining a workshop, museum, restaurant, shop, and concert stage.

What his current role is
Several official and trade sources agree on Paul Teutul Sr.’s role with the company, though each describes it from a different angle:
- Founder. OCC’s Meet the Team page identifies him as founder and describes his work in motorcycle building and television production.
- Owner. The OCC Road House crew page labels him “Owner, Orange County Choppers.”
- Builder. Harleysite reports that he continues to build motorcycles at the Florida operation. OCC’s homepage describes the company as a custom motorcycle manufacturer and says: “Orange County Choppers (OCC) is a world famous custom motorcycle manufacturer founded in 1999 by Paul Teutul Sr.”
Read together, these sources show that he is still publicly associated with the business and its custom-build work. Nothing in them describes a day-to-day schedule, so “still building” should be understood as the company’s stated and reported activity rather than a detailed account of his personal work hours.

The 2026 television update
The most recent change in his public profile is television. Harleysite reports that Orange County Choppers Original began airing in the United States on February 21, 2026, on Discovery, with Teutul at the center of the show. OCC’s homepage independently promotes a new episode and points viewers to Discovery GO, but it does not name the series or give a premiere date. An official network listing for that date was not located, so treat February 21, 2026 as the date reported by Harleysite rather than a confirmed network schedule.
From the New York setting to the Florida base
The television show and the current business are linked, but they are not in the same place. Pilgrim Media Group, the production company, describes American Chopper as following “New York based company, Orange County Choppers, a family business owned and operated by Paul Teutul, Sr.” That is a historical description of the show. The table below separates the two settings.

| Aspect | New York era (American Chopper) | Current base (OCC, Florida) |

| Location | New York-based family business, as the show’s production company describes it | Pinellas County, Florida; Road House & Museum listed at 10575 49th Street North, Clearwater, Florida 33762 |
| Main function | Custom motorcycle workshop that was the subject of the series | Custom motorcycle manufacturing plus a museum, restaurant, retail shop, events, and concerts |
| Public face | Television series | Venue visits, events, merchandise, and new television content reported in 2026 |
| Dates given by sources | Company founded in 1999 according to Pilgrim Media Group | Move to the Pinellas Park site dated to 2021 by Harleysite |
The comparison is between a past setting and a present one. It is not a choice between two active workshops, and the sources do not describe a New York operation that is still running.
Background timeline
- 1999: OCC is founded. Pilgrim Media Group says the business grew out of Paul Sr.’s steel-fabrication work. The production company’s page also says the first OCC bike, “True Blue,” was shown at Daytona Biketoberfest in 1999.
- 2021: The operation moves to the Pinellas Park site that now houses the Road House & Museum, according to Harleysite.
- February 21, 2026: Orange County Choppers Original begins airing in the United States on Discovery, per Harleysite.
- September 30, 2026: Harleysite publishes the first-person report on the business and the television update. The Harleysite article is the primary source for the 2021 move and the 2026 series detail.
