Architectural Digest described Ariana Grande’s Hollywood Hills house, formerly owned by Cameron Diaz, as her current residence in a December 2025 retrospective. That is the latest reviewed reporting, not a confirmation of current legal ownership. Her documented homes also include a Manhattan apartment, two distinct Los Angeles properties, Montecito’s Porter House and a temporary London rental while filming Wicked.

2018–2021: Chelsea apartment in New York City
Architectural Digest reports that Grande bought an apartment in a Zaha Hadid-designed Chelsea building in 2018 for $16 million and sold it in 2021 for $13.5 million. The approximately 4,000-square-foot home had five bedrooms. Reported building amenities included an IMAX theater, sauna, spa and pool.
In a GQ interview recalled by Architectural Digest, Pete Davidson described Grande calling the apartment “our house” and joked that they had “six beanbags, but we have no forks.” His recollection offers a glimpse of the home during their relationship; it does not establish that the apartment remained her residence after the sale.

2020–2021: Modern home in the Hollywood Hills
In June 2020, Grande bought a newly built, three-story home in Los Angeles’s Bird Streets area for a reported $13.7 million, according to the Los Angeles Times. Designed by iDGroup with Woods + Dangaran, it was planned to frame views from the canyon toward the ocean. The Times described more than 10,000 square feet, four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, an infinity-edge pool, a fitness studio, a cedar-lined wellness center, a bar and a 300-bottle wine cellar. Before Grande’s off-market purchase, the home had reportedly been listed at $25.5 million and later at $17.495 million.
The Times reported in October 2021 that Grande sold the home for $14 million. The $300,000 difference between the reported purchase and sale prices is only a gross price comparison, not a measure of what she made.
2020–2022: Porter House in Montecito
Grande bought Porter House from Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi for a reported $6.75 million in 2020, the Los Angeles Times reported. The Tudor-style property sits on more than an acre and was built in the 1980s from two antique barns brought from the English countryside. Architectural Digest says the barns were originally built in Surrey in the 1700s.
The two structures have separate chef’s kitchens and are connected by a central breezeway. Period windows, painted brick floors, exposed-beam cathedral ceilings and a great-room fireplace give the home a character distinct from Grande’s glass-and-view-focused Los Angeles house. She and Dalton Gomez married at Porter House in May 2021, according to Architectural Digest. Grande sold the property off-market in fall 2022 for a reported $9.1 million.

2021–2024: Bird Streets cottage
This was a separate property from the larger modern Hollywood Hills home she had sold in 2021. Architectural Digest reports that Grande bought a 1946 cottage in the Bird Streets neighborhood in 2021 for $8.9 million. The house measured about 1,590 square feet and had a two-car garage and a patio with an angular pool.
She sold the cottage to Bad Bunny in January 2024 for a reported $8.3 million, according to Architectural Digest and ELLE Decor. That is a lower reported sale price than the purchase price; it does not establish her overall financial gain or loss after ownership costs.

Architectural Digest reports that Grande paid Cameron Diaz $4.9 million in 2022 for a midcentury-style Hollywood Hills house. Built in 1950, the approximately 1,800-square-foot home sits on a half-acre plot. Architectural Digest lists two bedrooms and three bathrooms. ELLE Decor also describes the house as her current residence but gives a different bathroom count, so the precise count is not consistent across these accounts.
Architectural Digest called the house Grande’s current residence in its December 2025 retrospective. That describes the latest reviewed coverage; it is not a current title-record check or an official statement from Grande.

While filming Wicked and Wicked: For Good, Grande reportedly rented an apartment in the Buxmead development on The Bishops Avenue in Hampstead. Architectural Digest dates the reported rental to December 2022 through January 2024, interrupted by the 2023 actors’ strike. The account documents a temporary rental, not a London property purchase or an ongoing residence.
In a March 2025 comment to The Standard reproduced by Architectural Digest, Grande said she had enjoyed walks on Hampstead Heath and visiting local shops and pubs while staying in the area.
What the reported prices do—and do not—show
The figures are transaction prices reported by news and property publications, not an audited record of Grande’s assets or investment returns. A home’s reported sale price cannot by itself show net profit: that calculation would need purchase and sale expenses, taxes, financing and other ownership costs. The properties listed here also should not be added together and presented as her current holdings; most were reported sold, and the London apartment was a rental.
