What did Taylor Swift discuss on New Heights?
The appearance was Swift’s first on New Heights, the podcast hosted by brothers Jason Kelce and Travis Kelce. The official episode description says the conversation covers several major subjects:
- Swift’s effort to reclaim ownership of her master recordings;
- what life was like after the conclusion of The Eras Tour;
- her connection to Chiefs Kingdom and the Kansas City Chiefs fan community; and
- her then-upcoming album, The Life of a Showgirl.
The episode listing also announced that The Life of a Showgirl was scheduled for release on October 3, 2025. That album announcement was the main reason the interview attracted so much attention beyond the podcast’s regular sports audience.
Why some listings show different runtimes
Apple Podcasts lists the episode at approximately 2 hours and 4 minutes. News coverage described the interview as roughly two hours, but the audio version included additional rapid-fire material beyond the main YouTube presentation. As a result, a YouTube runtime and a podcast-app runtime may not match exactly.
