Why did some countries show August 28?
The episodes were released at one coordinated global moment, not at midnight in every country. Because time zones cross the International Date Line, some international Prime Video listings displayed Wednesday, August 28, while U.S. listings displayed Thursday, August 29.
For example, a Prime Video listing in the Philippines showed August 28. That did not indicate an earlier or separate regional release; it reflected the local calendar date at the worldwide launch time. The most accurate description is therefore a simultaneous global release corresponding to midnight Pacific Time in the United States.
