UP Faith & Family is its own on-demand streaming service. You can subscribe through its website or buy it as a separate channel through platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, Roku, Apple TV, YouTube and Xumo. It is not normally included with a standard Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ or Max subscription, and an Amazon Prime membership alone does not include it.
Where can you watch UP Faith & Family?

Sign up at the official plans page or visit the UP Faith & Family website. A direct subscription is intended for use through the service’s supported website and apps.
Subscribe through a streaming platform
UP Faith & Family lists Amazon Prime Video, The Roku Channel, Apple TV, YouTube and Xumo as partner platforms. These are separate, paid subscription routes—not evidence that the service is included in a platform’s basic membership. Check the channel’s current availability and terms inside the platform you use. See UP Faith & Family’s streaming instructions.
Subscribe through a television provider
The service’s help page lists Dish, Xfinity/Comcast, Cox, DIRECTV, Sling and YouTube TV as add-on options. Its devices and partners page also displays Spectrum and Verizon +play. Partner listings are not a guarantee that every customer can get the service: check your provider’s current lineup, location restrictions and any required base package before subscribing.
How much does UP Faith & Family cost?
As of August 2026, the official direct plans list $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a seven-day free trial. Both plans auto-renew unless canceled. The annual price is charged for the year; compared with twelve monthly payments at $5.99, it saves $11.89 before taxes. Partner platforms may set different prices or trial terms. Check the checkout screen for the offer and renewal terms that apply to your subscription.

Which subscription route should you choose?

UP Faith & Family identifies support for these device categories and access methods:
- Desktop browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari
- iPhone and iPad, plus Android phones and tablets
- Apple TV, Roku and Roku TV, Amazon Fire TV and Firestick, Android TV, and Xbox
- Samsung, LG and Vizio smart TVs
These categories do not guarantee compatibility with every model, operating-system version or regional app store. The current U.S. Apple App Store listing specifies iOS 16.6 or later for iPhone, iPadOS 16.6 or later for iPad, and tvOS 16.6 or later for Apple TV; those are Apple app requirements, not universal requirements for other platforms. UP Faith & Family is an on-demand service promoted around faith-based and family movies and series, romance, feel-good programming, children’s content, Christmas movies, reality and lifestyle shows, and UP Entertainment originals. Its official streaming page promotes new seasons of Heartland as an exclusive early U.S. streaming offering. That is a current content-rights claim, not a promise that a title will remain available indefinitely; check the catalog if a particular show is the reason you are subscribing.

Why might a subscription not work in another app?
Subscriptions bought through UP Faith & Family and subscriptions bought through partner platforms are managed separately. A purchase through Roku, for example, is intended to be watched through The Roku Channel and does not automatically sign you into the standalone UP Faith & Family app. The same principle applies when subscribing through another partner: confirm which app or platform provides access before you buy. UP Faith & Family’s streaming instructions describe its partner options, and its Roku subscription instructions explain that route.
How do you cancel?
- Check your receipt, account page or payment statement to identify where you originally subscribed.
- Cancel through that seller’s account or subscription settings—UP Faith & Family directly, Apple, Roku, Amazon, Google Play, a smart-TV app store or your television provider, as applicable.
- Confirm the cancellation and note the next renewal date. Deleting an app does not necessarily stop billing.
Where you bought the subscription determines where it must be managed; use the account-management page for guidance. Access after cancellation depends on the seller’s terms.
