Why the time changes by region
The 9 p.m. figure is a U.S. schedule, not a worldwide one. Because the episode premiered at the same moment everywhere, the local clock time and sometimes the local calendar date shift. Spanish-language coverage from MeriStation and AS listed the episode for Monday, May 12, 2025, at 03:00 Spanish time, which is the same premiere moment expressed in Spain’s time zone.

Where the date sits in the season
HBO’s official announcement on February 19, 2025, said the seven-episode second season “debuts SUNDAY, APRIL 13 at 9:00p.m.” on HBO and Max. That premiere date is the season-level fact; episode 5 falls in the middle of the run, three weeks after the April 13 debut counting weekly releases. The season’s finale followed on the Sunday after episode 5, so episode 5 was the penultimate-week release in the seven-week run.

The season was announced for HBO and Max, and the U.S. episode listings identify both. Availability can vary by country and by subscription plan, and the terms of any service should be confirmed directly with the provider before you subscribe.

- Compare the listed date and time against your own time zone, using your device’s world clock if you need to convert it.
