Kelce Mix is a General Mills limited-edition cereal collaboration with Travis and Jason Kelce—not a cereal company created by the brothers. Did Travis and Jason Kelce create their own cereal brand?
No. General Mills made and marketed the product, and the cereal brands in the mix remain General Mills brands. Travis and Jason Kelce were collaborators and campaign personalities—not the owners of a separate Kelce cereal company.
That distinction matters. The brothers’ role was creative and promotional: they helped identify the cereal combination and appeared in the marketing surrounding it. If you are searching for a box, check the product name, package size, seller, expiration date, shipping terms, and total price before buying. If the branded box is unavailable, you can recreate Kelce Mix at home by buying Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, and REESE’S PUFFS separately. That will reproduce the basic flavor and texture combination, but it is not the original limited-edition Kelce Mix package.
The Kelces’ Pick collectible cereal boxes
The collaboration extended beyond the mixed cereal itself. General Mills announced limited-edition “Kelces’ Pick” boxes for four individual cereals:
- Honey Nut Cheerios
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch
- Lucky Charms
- REESE’S PUFFS
General Mills also announced a limited-edition Walmart.com exclusive box, available while supplies lasted. These packages created a separate collector angle for fans of the brothers, football memorabilia, celebrity food packaging, and unusual cereal designs.
There is no reliable basis for assuming that every “Kelces’ Pick” box remains available or that the packaging has a settled collector-market value. Anyone buying one as memorabilia should confirm that the listing shows the correct edition, condition, seller, and package design. A collectible box may be more valuable as an unopened display item than as food, but that is a matter for the buyer and the specific market listing—not an established valuation for the whole series.

What was “Cereal Training Camp”?
General Mills supported the launch with “Cereal Training Camp,” a campaign featuring Travis and Jason Kelce in cereal-themed challenges. The company said the campaign would run across television and online advertising, with additional footage and behind-the-scenes material available through its campaign properties.
The concept connected the brothers’ football identities with their longstanding public discussion of cereal, including conversations associated with the New Heights podcast. It also gave General Mills a way to promote both the new mashup and its established cereal lineup without presenting Kelce Mix as a wholly new cereal category.
General Mills continued to use Kelce-family connections in later football-season food marketing. That follow-up shows that the Kelce theme remained useful to the company’s marketing, but it does not prove that Kelce Mix itself stayed in continuous production after its limited-edition launch.
What does Kelce Mix taste like?
The obvious appeal is contrast: cinnamon sugar from Cinnamon Toast Crunch, sweet marshmallows from Lucky Charms, and the chocolate-peanut-butter profile associated with REESE’S PUFFS. The mix is designed for people who already enjoy sweet cereals and want several familiar flavors in one bowl.

A November 2024 tasting report from The Kansas City Star described reactions that ranged from better than expected to favorable, including comments that the cereal stayed crunchy in milk. Those were the newspaper’s tasters’ observations, not an independently conducted test or a broad consumer survey. The fairest conclusion is that the product generated curiosity and received some positive reported reactions—rather than that it achieved universal approval.

Why did General Mills make a Kelce cereal?
The collaboration combined three established product lines with the cultural attention surrounding two high-profile NFL brothers. It gave General Mills:
- a limited-edition product with an immediately recognizable name;
- a way to cross-promote Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, and REESE’S PUFFS;
- football-season advertising built around the Kelces’ public personalities; and
- collectible packaging that could appeal to fans even if they were not regular cereal buyers.
For the Kelces, the project fit an existing public association with cereal and their broader entertainment and sports-marketing profile. The product’s novelty came from putting three popular cereals together and attaching that combination to a recognizable celebrity collaboration.
