Rob denied wrongdoing. TLC said he characterized the communication as one-sided, offering a different account of what had happened. Because the available source records each participant’s statement, the reason for the breakup should be described as disputed.
What happened in Sophie’s life afterward?
Sophie later appeared in coverage connected with 90 Day: The Single Life and discussed Pedro Jimeno. In a Swooon interview published February 9, 2026, she said they met through social media. She also said she was not ready for a relationship when they traveled to the Dominican Republic, a trip she placed around March 2025.
