There is no verified figure for Chelsea Lazkani’s net worth after her divorce. Reports in 2024 documented a request for spousal support and later said property and financial issues were still being worked out; neither report established a final settlement or her current assets and liabilities.
What the divorce reports establish—and what they do not
On March 27, 2024, TMZ reported that Lazkani had filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences, seeking spousal support, and stating that the division of assets still needed to be determined. In a later report dated December 10, 2024, TMZ said a judge had approved termination of the couple’s marital status while property and financial matters remained unresolved. Neither report provides a verified post-divorce net-worth calculation. The available reporting also does not establish a final support amount, a final asset allocation, or a current statement of Lazkani’s assets and liabilities. As a result, there is no substantiated before-and-after figure to compare.

Why her reported real-estate sales do not reveal her net worth
Lazkani has described a successful start in real estate, but the figure she gave is sales volume—not personal income or wealth. In a 2022 interview with British Vogue, she said: “In my first year, I sold [properties worth] just under $10 million and then, I had my son and my daughter.” The statement concerns the value of properties sold; it does not state her commissions, expenses, taxes, ownership interests, or liabilities. Property value sold cannot be treated as take-home earnings or net worth. Those are different measures, and the interview does not provide the figures needed to calculate either one.

Netflix’s profile describes Lazkani as an agent with The Oppenheim Group and records her account of balancing real estate with motherhood.
