Bec Judd said on the podcast Vain-ish that she has had fat transfer, lower blepharoplasty and upper blepharoplasty. She also denied having a nose job. These are Judd’s statements as reported in December 2025, not details independently confirmed by medical records.
What Bec Judd said she had done
On the 2 December 2025 episode of Vain-ish, Judd discussed cosmetic-surgery rumours with co-host Jess Roberts. The episode listing also thanks guest Dr Andrew Greensmith. In a report published the next day, PerthNow quoted Judd saying: “I have had fat transfer, lower blepharoplasty, and an upper blepharoplasty,” (PerthNow).
- Lower blepharoplasty: the lower-eyelid procedure Judd named.
- Fat transfer: another procedure she named; her account connected it with the under-eye area.
- Upper blepharoplasty: the upper-eyelid procedure she also said she had.
Judd said she had not had her nose done, despite that being the rumour she encountered most often. PerthNow reported her words: “This little nose that looks like a nose job nose is all mine.”
How she described the process
Judd’s account, as recounted by PerthNow and in a follow-up from 7NEWS, began with under-eye filler for hollows. She said she became unhappy with the result. The reports describe her saying the filler migrated and absorbed fluid, and that it was dissolved before she proceeded to surgery. She then described having lower blepharoplasty, with hollows remaining, followed by fat transfer under the eyes and upper blepharoplasty.

This is the sequence Judd described, not a medical record or a clinical explanation of what caused her concerns or what another person should do. The 7NEWS follow-up also reports that she said experiences differ and procedures carry risks.
What she disclosed about timing and cost
Judd called it a “two-year journey” and said it cost “a s***-load of money,” according to PerthNow. Neither that report nor 7NEWS provides exact procedure dates or a total price, so the two-year description should not be read as a dated treatment timeline or a cost estimate.

In the same PerthNow report, Judd said she had waited to speak about it until they could involve a plastic surgeon who specialises in this area. The episode listing identifies Dr Andrew Greensmith as a guest, but the available reports do not establish which clinician performed each procedure.

The December 2025 coverage establishes what Judd said publicly: she named three procedures, denied having a nose job, and described a two-year process involving under-eye filler and later procedures.
