The menu featured two items: the Krabby Patty Kollab Burger and the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty. Paramount announced an availability window through early November 2024; that announcement does not establish that either item is still sold at any particular restaurant.
What was in the Wendy’s Krabby Patty Kollab?
The collaboration was Wendy’s real-world interpretation of the fictional Krabby Patty created for SpongeBob SquarePants. The announcements did not claim to reproduce a canon recipe from the show. Wendy’s described the burger and dessert as follows.
Krabby Patty Kollab Burger
- A quarter-pound fresh, never-frozen beef patty
- Two slices of American cheese
- Lettuce and tomato
- Pickle and onion
- Krabby Kollab sauce
- A toasted premium bun
“Krabby Kollab sauce” was presented as a top-secret component. The company description identifies the ingredients and format but does not provide a recipe, nutrition analysis or independent tasting results.
Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty
This was Wendy’s vanilla Frosty with a pineapple-mango flavored puree swirl. It was a frozen dessert rather than a burger-style interpretation, giving the promotion one savory and one sweet item.

How the promotion fit SpongeBob’s 25th anniversary
The Wendy’s menu was part of a broader Paramount and Nickelodeon initiative marking SpongeBob SquarePants’ 25th anniversary in 2024. Paramount said other selected restaurants, chefs and celebrities would create their own Krabby Patty-inspired foods, including dumplings, falafel, burgers, doughnuts and ice cream.
Wendy’s served as the national quick-service restaurant partner for the U.S., Canada and Guam, offering its own burger-and-Frosty pairing rather than a single standardized dish shared by every participating creator.

What “Krabby Patty” means here
In the series, the Krabby Patty is a fictional signature food whose formula is treated as a secret. Wendy’s collaboration used that idea as a theme: its quarter-pound cheeseburger and special sauce were Wendy’s branded interpretation, while the pineapple-mango Frosty extended the under-the-sea concept into dessert.
