Weapons is streaming on Max in the United States. If you would rather not add a subscription, you can rent or buy the 2025 horror-thriller digitally through outlets including Amazon Video, Apple TV, and Fandango at Home. The film is also available to own on 4K UHD Blu-ray, Blu-ray, and DVD.
Availability, prices, and retailer listings can change, so verify the live service page before subscribing or completing a purchase. The options below are for the U.S.; catalogs and release dates may differ in other countries.
Where to stream Weapons in the U.S.
The simplest way to watch Weapons at home is through Max. Warner Bros. Discovery announced that the film began streaming exclusively on HBO Max—now generally branded as Max in the United States—on October 24, 2025. The film also received an HBO linear broadcast on October 25, 2025. Warner Bros. Discovery’s announcement confirms that subscription-streaming launch.
If you see Weapons listed through an Amazon channel or another television package, that does not necessarily mean it is included with every standard Amazon Prime subscription. A current JustWatch U.S. listing identifies several access routes, including Max, Prime Video, Prime Video with Ads, HBO Max Amazon Channel, and YouTube TV. Those listings can represent different subscriptions, channel add-ons, or account-specific availability.

In other words, check the wording on the checkout screen. “Available on Prime Video” and “available through the HBO Max Amazon Channel” are not interchangeable descriptions, and neither automatically means that the movie is included in a plan you already pay for.
How to watch it without a Max subscription
If you only want to watch the movie once, a digital rental may be more economical than starting another monthly subscription. Current U.S. listings identify Amazon Video, Apple TV, and Fandango at Home as digital rental or purchase outlets.
- Rent digitally: Choose a rental when you expect to watch Weapons within the retailer’s rental window. The exact viewing period and playback deadline are shown by the retailer before payment.
- Buy digitally: Choose a purchase if you want the title retained in your digital library, subject to the retailer’s account, platform, and licensing terms.
- Compare before paying: Retailer prices, rental periods, video quality, subtitles, audio options, and supported devices can vary. Do not assume that a title has identical features everywhere.
Apple’s official U.S. title page lists Weapons as a 2025 Warner Bros. release with a 2-hour-8-minute runtime and an R rating. Check the Apple TV listing for the current rental and purchase options on your account.

Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches2Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors3Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteCan you watch Weapons for free?
The current U.S. availability information does not identify a free streaming option. Do not describe the movie as “free” merely because a service offers a trial, promotional period, or ad-supported plan. Those offers can be limited by eligibility, location, and date, and the film may not be included in every tier.
The safest approach is to open the service’s current title page and confirm three things: that Weapons is playable in your country, that it is included in your specific plan, and whether an add-on channel is required.

Buying Weapons on disc
For viewers who want a permanent physical copy, Warner Bros. released Weapons on 4K UHD Blu-ray, standard Blu-ray, and DVD on October 14, 2025. Retail coverage also identifies a limited SteelBook edition. Inventory and seller availability vary, particularly for limited editions.
Prefer to own it? Look for the Weapons 4K UHD Blu-ray or Weapons Blu-ray. A 4K UHD disc requires a compatible 4K UHD Blu-ray player; a standard Blu-ray player cannot play a 4K UHD disc. Before ordering, check whether the listing is sold by the retailer or a marketplace seller, which edition is being shipped, and whether the package includes the discs and digital code—if any—that you expect.
