The Rolling Stones played the final U.S. stop of their 2024 Hackney Diamonds Tour ’24 at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena in Ridgedale, Missouri, on Sunday, July 21. The venue had billed the date as the tour’s final North American performance; post-show coverage described it as the close of the U.S. run.
Where the Rolling Stones ended their 2024 U.S. tour
The concert took place at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena in Ridgedale, near Branson, Missouri. It was a late-added date: Bass Pro Shops Big Cedar Lodge announced the July 21 show on May 23 as part of Hackney Diamonds Tour ’24, the band’s tour supporting its album Hackney Diamonds. The venue called it the tour’s “final North American performance,” while Rolling Stone Canada’s July 22 post-show report said the U.S. tour wrapped there. Those descriptions refer to different geographic scopes, not the end of the band’s career or all future touring.
The original tour announcement described a 20-performance run across 16 cities, with hits, deep cuts and songs from Hackney Diamonds on offer. Universal Music Canada’s November 21, 2023 announcement outlined that plan; the May 23 venue announcement identified the Missouri date as the finale in North America.
What happened during the finale
According to Andy Greene’s July 22 report for Rolling Stone Canada, Mick Jagger told the crowd, “This happens to be the last show of our U.S. tour,” then added, “It’s so great to be spending it with you guys in the Ozarks.” The report also recorded a fan-vote result and several setlist details that made the night distinctive.

The Ozarks setting—and two different capacity figures
Thunder Ridge sits in the Ozarks landscape near Branson and Big Cedar Lodge. The Associated Press reported that the amphitheater is about 10 miles from Branson, in the Boston Mountains section of the Ozarks, with views of the White River and Table Rock Reservoir from seats. AP estimated capacity at 18,000; the venue announcement described it as a 20,000-seat amphitheater. The sources do not explain the difference, so these figures should be treated as distinct attributed descriptions rather than a single settled capacity.
