The Disney World restaurant is Victoria & Albert’s, at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Disney says it first earned a MICHELIN Star in 2024 and retained it in 2025; the MICHELIN Guide’s current Orlando one-star listing also includes the restaurant. The precise distinction Disney claims is that it is the first and only U.S. theme-park destination to earn a MICHELIN Star—not that it was Florida’s first starred restaurant.
Which Disney World restaurant has a MICHELIN Star?
Victoria & Albert’s is a fine-dining restaurant at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Disney describes its cuisine as contemporary American, served as an evolving seasonal tasting menu, with wine and zero-proof pairing options. Disney announced the restaurant’s MICHELIN Star debut in 2024 and said it retained the star in 2025. The MICHELIN Guide’s Orlando one-star page currently lists Victoria & Albert’s among five restaurants in that category.
The “first” claim needs a narrow reading. Disney’s 2025 announcement calls Victoria & Albert’s the first and only theme-park destination in the U.S. to earn a MICHELIN Star. That wording does not make it Florida’s first starred restaurant or establish that it is the only starred restaurant anywhere on Walt Disney World property. MICHELIN’s statewide Florida selection revealed May 28, 2026, featured 26 starred restaurants.
What does the star recognize?
In its 2025 announcement, Disney described MICHELIN inspectors as judging restaurants against five criteria:
#1 Best Overall
- Quality of the products used.
- Mastery of cooking techniques.
- Harmony of flavors.
- The chef’s personality as expressed through the cuisine.
- Consistency over time and across the menu.
Disney’s announcement quotes Maître d’Hôtel Israel Pérez: “Many of the guests that visit us come with MICHELIN recognition in their minds, we want each of our guests to know that the food is an essential part of the journey and our commitment to both hospitality and genuine, gracious, heartfelt service is what completes the experience.”
How the three dining experiences differ
Disney lists three ways to dine at Victoria & Albert’s. The formats differ in setting and service, and Disney’s pages do not establish one current price that applies to all three.
| Experience | Menu and setting | Party size or availability | Booking |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Dining Room | Seasonal tasting menu in the main dining room. | Not stated on the overview page. | Online reservations through Disney’s restaurant overview. |
| Queen Victoria’s Room | Expanded tasting menu with personalized tableside service. | Limited to four couples per night. | Online reservations through Disney’s restaurant overview. |
| The Chef’s Table | Kitchen-side experience; Disney says ingredients are sourced fresh daily from the world market. | Up to six guests; approximately four hours. | Book by phone at 407-939-3862, 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Eastern Time. |
Disney’s official Victoria & Albert’s overview provides details and online booking for The Dining Room and Queen Victoria’s Room. The Chef’s Table page provides its phone-booking instructions and current posted prices.
Chef’s Table price and visit requirements
On Disney’s Chef’s Table page as accessed October 8, 2026, the prix-fixe menu is listed at $425 per guest. Optional pairings are listed at $210 per guest and up for wine and $145 per guest and up for zero-proof drinks. Tax and gratuity are additional, and Disney says prices may change. Those figures are for the Chef’s Table listing; check the live booking details for the price of the format you choose.
Disney’s current pages also state these practical terms:
- Guests must be at least 10 years old.
- Attire should be semi-formal or formal.
- Submit food-allergy restrictions at least five days in advance.
- A cancellation within five days incurs a $100-per-person fee. A no-show or cancellation within 24 hours incurs the full price.
Reservation access, prices, and policies can change. Confirm the current terms on Disney’s booking page before making plans.

How current is Victoria & Albert’s MICHELIN status?
The dated history is clear: Disney says the restaurant debuted with a star in 2024 and retained it in 2025. For the latest selection captured here, MICHELIN’s 2026 Florida announcement broadened coverage statewide and counted 26 starred restaurants; its live Orlando one-star listing includes Victoria & Albert’s. Guide selections and live listings can change, so consult the current MICHELIN page for status beyond the announced 2025 retention.
