Which techniques and transformations appear in the Saiyan Arc?
Galick Gun
In the Saiyan Arc, Vegeta uses the Galick Gun against Goku. The Dragon Ball Official Site describes it as a technique that condenses the user’s Ki and fires it from the palms, using a forward-pushing stance. The site compares it with the Kamehameha but does not say the two attacks are identical. Dragon Ball Official Site’s Saiyan Arc showcase recounts the attack.
Power Ball
Power Ball creates an artificial miniature full moon. The official showcase says the energy mixes with oxygen in a planet’s atmosphere and reflects “over 17 million Zeno”—the source’s wording, not an independently verified measurement. Vegeta uses the technique when natural moonlight is unavailable. The Saiyan Arc showcase describes its use and effect.
Great Ape
Vegeta uses the artificial moon made by Power Ball to transform into a Great Ape. After Yajirobe cuts off his tail, Vegeta returns to normal. The official account describes the technique as allowing select Saiyans to transform when a natural full moon is unavailable. The same Saiyan Arc showcase recounts the transformation.

What is Vegeta’s Final Flash, and what does it do?
Final Flash
Vegeta uses the Final Flash against Perfect Cell. The attack destroys Cell’s right arm and part of his torso, but Cell regenerates almost immediately. The episode shows the attack causing severe damage without establishing that it can defeat an opponent who can recover from it. The Dragon Ball Official Site’s Perfect Cell recap describes the exchange.
Which later forms are documented in Dragon Ball Super?
Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan / Super Saiyan Blue
After training under Whis, Vegeta and Goku attain a form more powerful than Super Saiyan God, called Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan. An official Dragon Ball Legends feature explains that the name refers to a Super Saiyan God becoming a Super Saiyan; its blue hair and pupils led to the nickname “Super Saiyan Blue.” That feature is a game-related explainer, so it supports the naming and appearance here, not a full account of the form’s abilities. The official story recap covers the training and attainment; the Legends feature explains the alternate name and appearance.
