Episode details and official synopsis

“Nothing is Over” is Season 3, Episode 8 of Tulsa King. Paramount+ lists the episode as released November 9, 2025, with a 40-minute runtime and a TV-MA rating. Its official synopsis reads: “Dwight uncovers a deadly plan by Dunmire and races to stop it.” Paramount+ episode listing.

What happens in “Nothing is Over”?

Dunmire and Deacon form a dangerous alliance

After Dwight’s maneuver helps persuade the attorney general, Joanne can reopen the distillery. But Dunmire is released from jail, and Deacon—the watchmaker who is also a terrorist—visits him. Deacon says he was sent to kill Dunmire. Instead, he proposes working together and offers to kill Dwight and others close to Dunmire, turning the supposed partnership into an immediate threat to Dwight’s circle.

Dwight anticipates Deacon’s double-cross

Dwight arranges a meeting with Deacon and alerts Musso. He expects treachery, and Mitch and Big Foot help get Deacon out of the meeting before federal agents can intervene. Dwight then interrogates him in a crypt, seeking the details of the attack.

Cole’s warning points to the hotel

Elsewhere, Spencer and Tyson host a party at Higher Plane. Cole arrives to warn Spencer about his father’s plan. When Cole mentions a hotel, Tyson connects that clue to the political gathering there. Dwight confirms the attack plan through Deacon and alerts Musso.

How does the episode end?

Dwight cannot contact Margaret directly because guests’ phones have been collected. He reaches the hotel in time to get Margaret and other attendees out, but the bomb explodes. Mitch and others are injured. The attack is disrupted, not cleanly erased: the explosion leaves real casualties, and Margaret notices Musso at the scene and questions Dwight about his connection to what has happened.

Who betrays Dwight, and what does the cliffhanger change?

Deacon’s offer to join Dunmire and kill Dwight is the episode’s clearest double-cross: his apparent cooperation conceals a direct threat. Dwight recognizes the danger and uses Deacon to uncover the target, but he cannot keep the operation—and his own ties to Musso—out of view. By the closing moments, Margaret and members of Dwight’s crew have reason to question his methods and alliances. The cliffhanger’s impact is as much about trust as the blast itself.
