PolitiFact reported that Findlay is a Novo Nordisk manager based in Switzerland and was not present at the White House event. Novo Nordisk said its representatives there were CEO Mike Doustdar and U.S. operations executive Dave Moore. Its account directly conflicts with the viral claim that the collapsed man was Findlay.
Later reporting cited in the fact-check described the attendee as an Eli Lilly guest and a GLP-1 patient who had been invited because of his experience taking one of the medicines. His full name has not been reliably established in the authoritative sources reviewed for this report, so he should not be named as Gordon Findlay or given another unconfirmed identity.
Why Robert F. Kennedy Jr. left the room
Online posts also claimed that Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. “fled” the event. Video shows Kennedy leaving the room, but the reason for his movement is not independently established by the footage alone.
White House officials said Kennedy left to seek medical assistance for the collapsed man. That explanation should be attributed to the White House rather than stated as independently proven intent. The available reporting does not support the claim that he abandoned the attendee.

The announcement was about drug prices
The medical emergency interrupted an announcement about the administration’s most-favored-nation pricing initiative.
