The agency called the documents “entirely false and fabricated,” according to The Independent. Reports about what the document supposedly contained do not establish that it was authentic—or that a breakup was planned.
What was the alleged breakup contract?
In September 2024, a purported PR or media plan concerning a possible breakup between Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce circulated online. Contemporary coverage described it as outlining how a breakup might be communicated and giving a proposed announcement date. Those details are accounts of what the document appeared to say, not proof of an agreement between the couple or their representatives.
The document’s creator and the circumstances of its first circulation have not been verified in the reviewed coverage. Reports discussing the alleged plan include USA Today and BBC News.
What did Travis Kelce’s representatives say?
Full Scope PR denied making or approving the purported documents. A representative told The Independent: “These documents are entirely false and fabricated and were not created, issued or authorized by this agency.” The statement is the agency’s denial; it does not independently identify who made the document or explain how it began circulating.
