These were limited-time U.S. Black Friday 2024 promotions, not active offers in 2026. According to a November 29, 2024 roundup, Hulu reached the lowest advertised price at $0.99 per month with ads, while the Disney+/Hulu bundle cost $2.99 per month for 12 months. Most promotions were scheduled to end on December 2, 2024 and automatically renewed at regular pricing unless canceled.

The reported Max promotion offered its ad-supported plan for $2.99 per month over six months, compared with the $9.99 monthly price cited at the time. That represented a stated saving of $7 per month, or $42 across the promotional term.

This was aimed at viewers who wanted HBO and Warner Bros. programming at the lowest available Max price and were willing to accept advertising. It was not an ad-free promotion. Before subscribing, readers should check the applicable plan’s restrictions on downloads, resolution, simultaneous streams and specific programming.
Disney+ and Hulu bundle: $2.99 per month for 12 months
The reported ad-supported Disney+/Hulu bundle cost $2.99 per month for a full year. Against the cited $10.99 monthly comparison price, the arithmetic saving was $8 per month, or $96 over 12 months.
This was potentially the strongest bundle choice for households that would use both Disney+ and Hulu. It was not automatically better than Hulu alone: someone interested only in Hulu could pay more overall for access to a second service they do not use. The offer covered a bundle, not two independently discounted subscriptions.

Hulu: $0.99 per month for 12 months
The standalone Hulu promotion was the lowest monthly price in the roundup: $0.99 per month with ads for 12 months. Using the cited $9.99 monthly comparison price, the stated arithmetic saving was $9 per month, or $108 over the promotional year.
Its main trade-off was the advertising-supported experience. The low price did not mean the plan had the same features as an ad-free tier. Readers should also confirm eligibility, since streaming promotions often distinguish between new subscribers, returning customers, current subscribers and accounts previously used for similar offers.
Peacock: choose between short-term monthly billing and an annual plan
Peacock had two reported options:
- Six months at $1.99 per month: $11.94 total, compared with $47.94 at the cited regular monthly price of $7.99.
- One year for $19.99: $60 below the cited $79.99 annual price.
The monthly offer required the lower short-term outlay. Six months cost $11.94, while the annual promotion cost $19.99. The annual option therefore bought a longer period of access, but it was not the cheapest choice for someone who wanted Peacock for only six months.

Peacock was particularly relevant to viewers interested in NBCUniversal programming, Peacock exclusives or eligible live sports. Availability of programming and sports can vary by region and plan.
Paramount+: $2.99 per month for two months
The Paramount+ offer lasted only two months, making it shorter than the Max, Disney+, Hulu and Peacock promotions. The reported price was $2.99 per month, with an option involving SHOWTIME and another without it. The roundup cited regular comparison prices of $12.99 per month and $7.99 per month, respectively.
The exact saving therefore depended on which version a subscriber selected. At $2.99 per month, two months cost $5.98 before any applicable taxes. This could suit viewers who wanted Paramount content or SHOWTIME briefly, but the short term made the renewal date especially easy to miss.

Netflix and Apple TV+ were not direct deals in that roundup
The same 2024 coverage identified Netflix and Apple TV+ as notable services without direct special Black Friday subscription promotions in that roundup.
An indirect gift-card or payment-related saving should not be confused with a discounted Apple TV+ subscription. It also should not be assumed to remain available or to reduce the service’s subscription price.

The reported offers automatically renewed at standard, non-discounted rates unless canceled. In practical terms, the attractive introductory price was temporary; after six, 12 or two months, the account could be charged at the applicable regular rate.

The cited regular prices were historical comparison figures, not guaranteed 2026 prices. Streaming services can change prices, plan features and renewal terms, so anyone considering a current promotion should check the service’s own terms immediately before subscribing.
Checklist before subscribing to a streaming promotion
- Confirm the offer is still active. These particular promotions were generally scheduled to end Monday, December 2, 2024.
- Check eligibility. Read the terms for exclusions involving existing subscribers, recently canceled accounts, previous promotions and third-party billing.
- Identify the plan type. The lowest prices in this roundup were generally attached to ad-supported plans.
- Compare the total cost. A monthly discount, an annual prepayment and a bundle are different commitments.
- Record the renewal date and price. Save the confirmation email and calendar the end of the promotional term.
- Check who bills you. If you subscribed through Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, a mobile carrier or another intermediary, cancellation normally must be handled through that same billing channel.
- Verify cancellation. Keep the confirmation and check that the subscription will not renew.
Do not assume that canceling immediately preserves access until the end of the paid period. That result depends on the service’s terms and the billing arrangement. Taxes may also be added, and regional availability, currencies, catalogs and plan names vary outside the United States.
Which 2024 deal made the most sense?
- Lowest monthly price: Hulu at $0.99 per month, with ads.
- Best two-service value: The Disney+/Hulu bundle for households that wanted both catalogs.
- Best annual Peacock option: $19.99 for one year, provided the reader wanted a full year.
- Best HBO and Warner Bros. option: Max at $2.99 per month, accepting the ad-supported tier.
- Best short-term Paramount+ option: $2.99 per month for two months, with careful attention to the early renewal date.
None of these headline offers should be described as current in 2026. For a new Black Friday guide, every price, expiration date, eligibility rule and renewal rate would need fresh verification from the service offering the subscription.
