Spoilers for Season 3, Episode 7, “Last Hurrah.” Conrad finally tells Belly he still loves her and asks her not to marry Jeremiah. Belly walks away rather than choosing him, leaving the episode’s central question unresolved: whether her doubts about the wedding can overcome her commitment to Jeremiah.
What happens in “Last Hurrah”?
As Belly and Jeremiah prepare to celebrate before their wedding, unease shadows the festivities. Belly is increasingly aware of Conrad’s care for her, even as she remains committed to marrying Jeremiah. The episode sets their parallel bachelor and bachelorette parties against the choices each brother is making about his future.
Belly learns that Conrad encouraged her mother, Laurel, to attend the wedding. When she asks why, Conrad says he wanted Belly to have everything she had pictured. His gesture underscores how closely he still understands what matters to her, and sharpens Belly’s doubts about the marriage she is about to enter.
Conrad also warns Jeremiah about his plans for work and school. Jeremiah, in turn, describes his future with Belly as a partnership. Their conversation places the brothers’ competing concerns in view: Conrad is worried about Jeremiah’s direction, but his feelings for Belly are no longer easy to set aside.

What does Belly admit to Taylor?
At the bachelorette party, Belly drinks and takes a weed gummy. Talking with Taylor, she acknowledges that Conrad has always mattered to her and that she once imagined him at her wedding. She also says that spending Christmas with Conrad helped trigger her doubts about marrying Jeremiah.
Those admissions make clear that Belly’s uncertainty predates the party. Her conflict is not simply about learning something new about Jeremiah; she has been struggling with feelings for Conrad while trying to honor the commitment she made to Jeremiah.

How Episode 7 builds on the previous episode
Episode 6 ended with Belly nearly kissing Conrad after tending to his surfing injury. It also showed Conrad persuading Laurel to support Belly at the bridal shower, while a mistaken trivia answer about Jeremiah’s first pet made Belly confront how her memories of the brothers overlap. “Last Hurrah” develops those pressures into explicit doubts and a direct confession.
