PerthNow’s July 23, 2025 photo story captured The Stables Bar’s one-day Bottomless Fiesta: Mexico Edition in Perth. Guests had a three-course, street-food-inspired menu, two hours of free-flowing tequila cocktails and bubbles, and a DJ. It was a past event, not a confirmed current booking option.

Crispy potatoes and avocado salad rounded out the savoury offerings, with a dark chocolate and sour cherry brownie listed for dessert.

The venue behind the event
PerthNow reported that The Stables was established in 2013 and linked the venue’s identity to a historic building that once housed one of Perth’s original horse stables, dating to 1894. A Now Book It dining guide lists an address of 888 Hay Street, Perth, but its currentness is unconfirmed; check directly with the venue before relying on it for a visit.
