Disney UK announced the reunion as the franchise’s first reunion special, with Nick Viall bringing #MomTok and #DadTok together for the episode. The special follows the Season 2 finale, “The Book of Salvation.” Disney’s season logline says the finale ends with a secret about Jessi coming to light. What happened at the Mormon Wives reunion?
Jessi, Demi and Marciano’s disputed account
TheWrap reported that Marciano had claimed his relationship with Jessi went beyond kissing and amounted to a full affair. At the reunion, Jessi brought screenshots of messages between Marciano and Demi and disputed his characterization. The reported messages included sexually suggestive content, but that material does not establish that an affair took place.
Demi was reported absent from the reunion, so she was not there to respond to the claims made during the episode. The distinction matters: the segment presented competing accounts, not an independently established finding about what happened.

Jen and Zac’s account of the Vanderpump Villa matter
TheWrap also reported that Jen and her husband, Zac, played or described a recorded call involving Jen and Demi. In their account, Demi asked Jen to downplay the Vanderpump Villa matter on camera. Zac said that after Jen did not cover for Demi, they received a cease-and-desist letter telling them she could not speak about it. That description is Jen and Zac’s account of the call and letter, not a legal finding about the letter or its effect.
Connor talks about abuse and rebuilding trust
Previously unreleased footage showed Connor Leavitt discussing childhood sexual abuse. He connected the experience, in his own account, to later difficulties with fidelity and intimacy, and said he and Whitney had worked to rebuild trust. TheWrap quoted him saying: “We’ve worked so hard for what we have today that I know both of us would do anything to cherish that.”

Connor’s disclosure was a personal account, not simply a plot point. It also informed the discussion of Whitney and Mikayla’s friendship: Mikayla said Connor had checked in on her as she worked through trauma, and that his support helped prompt her to go to therapy.
Layla discusses body image and mental health
In previously unreleased footage, Layla Taylor discussed body-image concerns, a history of self-harm and suicidal ideation. TheWrap reported that she said she had not self-harmed in a long time. Those are Layla’s reported disclosures; they do not establish a diagnosis beyond the terms she used.

Taylor and Dakota describe co-parenting
Taylor Frankie Paul said she had learned of more occasions when Dakota Mortensen lied about cheating while she was pregnant, according to TheWrap’s recap. They described their current arrangement as co-parenting and spoke about an ongoing connection. Dakota also discussed a past ten-year drug addiction and continuing “self work.” Their conversation left the state of their relationship less settled than a definitive status label would suggest.
Whitney and Mikayla reconnect
Whitney and Mikayla revisited their friendship conflict and hugged. Mikayla’s account of Connor’s support linked that reconciliation conversation to his disclosure: she said his check-ins helped lead her to therapy while she was processing trauma.
