Where are the surviving stars now?
Lisa Whelchel (Blair Warner)
Whelchel’s official biography says she is best known for playing Blair Warner. Her work also includes writing, speaking and life coaching, and recent coverage identifies her as the host of MeTV’s Collector’s Call, a role she has held since 2019. These are public professional details, not a complete picture of her private life. See her official biography and FAQ.
Mindy Cohn (Natalie Green)
Cohn has continued acting, including a role in Palm Royale. Us Weekly reported in April 2026 that she disclosed another cancer diagnosis. That report does not establish her treatment, prognosis or current condition, so those details should not be inferred.

Kim Fields (Tootie Ramsey)
Fields has continued working as an actor and director. Her screen credits include Living Single and The Upshaws, as reported in cast retrospectives by The List and Slashfilm. Those credits document parts of her career; they do not, on their own, establish a current series commitment.
Nancy McKeon (Jo Polniaczek)
McKeon’s post-series screen credits include The Division and Panic. In December 2024, she made her off-Broadway debut in Pen Pals, according to The List. The available public credits do not establish her full current schedule or private whereabouts.

Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Did the cast reunite?
Most of the lead cast reunited for a 2001 television movie. McKeon did not take part because of a scheduling conflict with her series The Division, an explanation Whelchel gives in the FAQ on her official website. Whelchel describes the former castmates’ lives as having gone in different directions: “Other than seeing each other at an occasional function, our paths rarely cross. It’s kind of like high school. We were best of friends, but then our lives all went in different directions.”
