Best verified all-around deal: Disney+, Hulu and HBO Max for $19.99 a month with ads, or $32.99 a month without ads. Disney says those bundles save about $13 or $23 a month, respectively, versus buying the services separately. They make sense only if your household will use all three. Prices below are U.S. prices reported as checked on August 16, 2026; subscription prices and offers can change, so confirm the checkout total and renewal terms before subscribing.

Streaming deals at a glance

Service or deal Price in the August 16, 2026 research Best fit Important caveat
Disney+ + Hulu + HBO Max, with ads $19.99/month Households that regularly watch all three libraries Not three ad-free subscriptions; some content and features remain in separate apps.
Disney+ + Hulu + HBO Max, without ads $32.99/month Viewers who want all three services and prefer fewer on-demand ads “Without ads” does not necessarily mean every program or live stream is commercial-free.
Disney+ + Hulu, with ads $12.99/month regular-price signal People who want Disney titles and Hulu programming, but not HBO Max Confirm the current offer and renewal price at signup.
Disney+ + Hulu, premium bundle $19.99/month regular-price signal Viewers who want both services on their premium tiers Check the current plan details and which features each tier includes.
Disney+ Premium annual $189.99/year People confident they will use Disney+ throughout the year Annual billing trades flexibility for a lower effective monthly cost; check the current monthly comparator.
Paramount+ Essential $8.99/month Viewers after CBS programming and selected sports at a lower monthly price Ad-supported; some series may not have every episode available.
Paramount+ Premium $13.99/month or $139.99/year People who want SHOWTIME programming, downloads, eligible 4K/HDR content or CBS live access Live TV can include ads, and promotional material may appear.
Peacock 2026 secondary reporting listed Select at $7.99/month, Premium at $10.99/month and Premium Plus at $16.99/month NBC, Bravo, Universal and selected sports Verify live prices and tier features with Peacock; the figures here are secondary-source signals, not a first-party price check.
Netflix Current plan prices not verified in the cited research People who value its originals and broad release schedule Check Netflix’s live plan page rather than relying on a stale price listing.

Prices may exclude tax and can vary with location, billing platform, eligibility and promotions. The table is a snapshot, not a guarantee that a plan or offer remains available.

Best overall deal: Disney+, Hulu and HBO Max

The three-service bundle is the strongest documented bundle deal in this comparison. Disney lists it at $19.99 per month with ads and $32.99 without ads. The company describes the savings against separate subscriptions as about $13 and $23 per month. That works out to roughly $156 or $276 over 12 months if the bundle and standalone prices stay unchanged for the full year. The comparison is only useful if you would otherwise pay for all three services; a bundle is not a saving if it adds a library you rarely watch.

The bundle is not necessarily one app or one shared experience. Disney says Disney+ can carry some Hulu and ESPN content, but additional Hulu and HBO Max content remains in their respective apps. Streaming limits, downloads and other features differ by service. Check the plan terms if several people will watch at once or need offline viewing. The bundle page also says it does not currently offer annual billing.

Disney+ and Hulu, without paying for HBO Max

If you want Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars or National Geographic alongside Hulu programming, the Disney+ and Hulu bundle may be a better fit than the three-service offer. The researched regular-price signals were $12.99 per month with ads and $19.99 for the premium bundle. Confirm the exact plan names, ad experience and renewal price at signup. A $9.99-per-month-for-three-months Disney offer appeared in the source material, but it ended June 15, 2026; it is not a current deal based on the available evidence.

Netflix: pay for the catalog, not an assumed bundle discount

Netflix is a strong choice for viewers who regularly watch its originals and frequent releases, but the researched material did not verify a current plan price. Check the live Netflix plan page for the price and features available to your account. Compare the tier you actually need: a low entry price is not like-for-like with a premium plan that includes different video quality or household features. If your mobile or broadband plan already includes an eligible Netflix tier, check that benefit before paying for a second subscription.

HBO Max: useful for a focused month, or as part of the three-service bundle

HBO Max is most compelling if its HBO programming, Warner Bros. films and other library titles are what you want to watch. For a single series or a short run of films, a monthly subscription followed by cancellation can cost less than keeping it all year. If you want it alongside Disney+ and Hulu for an extended period, compare its standalone checkout price with the bundle instead of comparing an ad-supported bundle with a more expensive ad-free standalone plan. The available research confirms the bundle price, but not a current standalone HBO Max price.

Paramount+: annual billing if you will stay, monthly if you will not

Paramount+ Essential was listed at $8.99 per month; Premium at $13.99 per month or $139.99 annually. At the listed monthly Premium price, 12 payments would total $167.88. The annual plan is $27.89 less for a full year, or about $11.67 per month when averaged across 12 months. That saving assumes the monthly rate stays the same and you would keep the service for the entire year. If you only want a particular sports season or SHOWTIME title, monthly billing gives you more flexibility.

Essential is the lower-cost, ad-supported option. Paramount says Premium includes SHOWTIME content, downloads, 4K/HDR on eligible content and CBS live access; its “no ads” description excludes live TV, and trailers or sponsorship messages may still appear. The service also promotes CBS sports, UFC and UEFA Champions League content, but check the specific event, live availability and plan terms before subscribing. “Sports included” does not guarantee every event, market or game is available without restrictions. Check Paramount+ plans and terms.

Peacock: check the tier before counting it as a bargain

Secondary 2026 reporting listed Peacock Select at $7.99 per month or $79.99 per year, Premium at $10.99 per month or $109.99 per year, and Premium Plus at $16.99 per month or $169.99 per year. Treat those figures as reported signals, not confirmed live prices: check Peacock’s plan page for the current price and what each tier includes. Peacock is worth comparing for NBC, Bravo, Universal titles and selected sports. Do not assume that a tier described as commercial-free removes ads from live channels or every program.

Apple TV+: look for a qualifying benefit you already have

Apple TV+ is oriented around Apple originals rather than a broad multi-studio library. The research did not establish a current price, so check Apple’s subscription page. Before subscribing, check whether a current Apple or provider benefit already covers access, and confirm when that benefit ends and what it costs afterward.

How to tell whether a bundle really saves money

  1. List the services you would actually pay for. Compare only those standalone plans with the bundle. If you want Disney+ but not Hulu or HBO Max, the three-service price is not the relevant benchmark.
  2. Compare equivalent tiers. An ad-supported bundle is not a fair price comparison with three ad-free plans. Include the features you care about, such as downloads, 4K/HDR and simultaneous streams.
  3. Calculate the year, not just the month. Multiply the regular monthly price by 12, then compare it with the annual price. For a promotion, calculate the full first-year total using both the introductory and renewal prices.
  4. Account for app and billing complexity. A bundle may still mean multiple apps, profiles, support channels or billing relationships. Check whether your existing subscriptions can be converted without duplicate charges.
  5. Subtract overlap, not just price. If two services offer similar content you rarely watch, paying less per service may still leave you spending more overall.

For the Disney+, Hulu and HBO Max offer, the company’s stated approximate discounts imply about $156 in yearly savings on the ad-supported bundle and $276 on the version without ads, versus buying the corresponding services separately for all 12 months. These are annualized comparisons, not guaranteed savings for every subscriber: they depend on the underlying standalone prices, plan equivalence and continued rates.

Annual billing: a discount only if you keep the service

Annual plans suit services you use throughout the year. Paramount+ Premium at $139.99 annually saves $27.89 against twelve $13.99 monthly payments at the listed rate. Disney+ Premium is listed at $189.99 per year, but compare that figure with the current monthly Premium price before deciding how much it saves. The research does not establish the refund rules for these annual plans, so read the checkout and cancellation terms rather than assuming unused months will be refunded.

Choose monthly billing if you subscribe for one season, a new release or a short stretch of viewing. The ability to cancel and return later may be worth more than the theoretical annual saving. Also check whether a promotion is limited to monthly billing or to new or eligible returning subscribers.

Provider-included subscriptions: useful, but not automatically free

Some qualifying T-Mobile plans may include Netflix Standard with ads, Hulu with ads or Apple TV+ for a promotional period or as a plan benefit. Eligibility depends on the plan and other conditions; activation may be required, and a benefit can expire or change when the wireless account changes. An included subscription is a saving only if the qualifying mobile plan makes sense for you even after accounting for its full cost, lines, taxes or fees and renewal conditions.

Before switching providers solely for streaming, compare the annual difference between the wireless plans with the subscription price you would otherwise pay. When rotating subscriptions beats keeping a bundle

If your household watches one service at a time, subscribing in focused bursts can lower the total bill. Keep one service that gets used year-round, then add Netflix for a major release, Hulu for a run of current TV, HBO Max for a series season, or Peacock or Paramount+ during the sports or programming period you care about. Cancel when you have watched what you came for and resume later if needed.

The trade-off is that a canceled service’s catalog and downloads are not available while you are unsubscribed, and a watchlist does not guarantee titles will remain in the library. Rotation works best when you are comfortable waiting and can keep track of billing dates. It is less useful for households that need several services simultaneously or want uninterrupted access to children’s favorites.

Before you subscribe: a five-minute cost check

  • Audit what you already pay for, including subscriptions billed through Apple, Google, Amazon, Roku, a TV provider or a mobile carrier.
  • Check whether your current account can move into a bundle, and whether the existing subscription will be credited, prorated or remain separately billed. Disney provides guidance for eligible existing subscribers, but the details depend on who bills you.
  • Write down the promotional period, regular renewal price and renewal date before you accept an offer.
  • Set a reminder before the promotion ends. Cancel with the company that bills you; deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Check whether cancellation stops renewal or ends access immediately, and whether a partial-month refund is available. Disney’s bundle terms say promotions auto-renew at the then-current regular price unless canceled and may not include a partial-month refund.
  • Check the exact sport, event, market and live-versus-on-demand availability before buying a service for sports. Blackouts and local restrictions may apply.

Which option should you choose?

  • You use Disney+, Hulu and HBO Max: compare the $19.99 ad-supported or $32.99 no-ads bundle with the equivalent standalone plans.
  • You want Disney titles and current TV, but not HBO Max: check the Disney+ and Hulu bundle’s live price and tier features.
  • You only want one show or a short catalog run: take a monthly plan and cancel when you finish, rather than prepaying for a year.
  • You watch CBS, SHOWTIME or selected Paramount+ sports: compare Essential with Premium; pay annually only if you expect to use Premium for most of the year.
  • You watch NBC, Bravo, Universal or selected sports: inspect Peacock’s current tier and ad terms at checkout.
  • You want Netflix: use Netflix’s live plan page for current prices and check for a provider benefit before paying twice.
  • You want the lowest total annual bill: keep only services used year-round, rotate the rest and cancel through the account that bills you.
