Why does Sienna come back?
Sienna’s apparent return is part of the film’s fantasy-inflected hero story. That supports reading Sienna’s struggle as more than a physical contest: the story gives her a mythic, heroic dimension as she confronts a returning evil. But this is an interpretation of the film’s design, not a confirmed, scene-by-scene account of the supernatural mechanics. Is Art the Clown immortal?
Leone has described Art as seemingly immortal, and the film synopsis explicitly frames his return as a resurrection by a sinister entity.
