Switchboard Live’s pricing page does not publish a numeric price for continuous YouTube streaming. Its Enterprise tier is the only displayed plan that explicitly lists “24/7 Streams”; Switchboard describes subscriptions as monthly or annual and seat-based. To learn the cost, request a quote based on your seats, billing term, archive needs, and intended setup.
Which Switchboard Live plan includes 24/7 streaming?
The official Switchboard Live pricing page lists 24/7 Streams under Enterprise, not under SMB or Public Sector. That identifies Enterprise as the displayed tier to ask about, but the feature label alone does not establish that every continuous-stream workflow, destination, archive, or YouTube configuration is included. Confirm your specific use case with Switchboard before buying.
What does Switchboard Live cost?
Switchboard’s pricing page gives no dollar amounts. It says plans are available monthly or annually and are seat-based, so there is no public numeric price to quote for Enterprise or the other displayed tiers. Ask Sales for a current quote rather than relying on an estimate.
For a comparable quote, specify your required number of seats, monthly or annual term, archive duration, inputs, destinations, and any add-ons. Public-sector buyers should ask about the tailored public-sector offering; the public-sector page says pricing is tailored and directs prospective customers to contact Switchboard.

All three displayed tiers list unlimited multistreaming destinations and unlimited Facebook Pages. However, Switchboard’s FAQ says a single workflow can send to a maximum of 30 destinations, so “unlimited” should not be read as more than 30 destinations in one workflow.
Archive wording warrants clarification: the plan comparison lists 30-day and 30+ day archives for Public Sector and Enterprise, while Switchboard’s FAQ says the platform does not itself store or archive concluded videos. Ask what the listed archive covers and how it applies to your planned stream.

What you need to get started with Switchboard
Switchboard says setup requires a live streaming encoder, social channels or other destinations, and a steady internet connection. Its examples of encoder software and services include OBS, Switcher Studio, Ecamm Live, vMix, and LiveU; these are examples, not requirements. The FAQ says the platform currently supports RTMP ingest.
YouTube eligibility is separate from Switchboard’s plan terms. YouTube requires a verified channel with no live-streaming restrictions in the preceding 90 days, and enabling live streaming can take up to 24 hours. Check your channel’s eligibility and allow time for activation before scheduling a continuous broadcast.

Is there a free plan or trial for 24/7 streaming?
Switchboard’s trial page describes 99 broadcast minutes for its Indie and Pro plans. Its FAQ says there is no ongoing free tier or non-profit subscription. Treat the trial as an evaluation allowance, not a free way to maintain a continuous stream.
How to get an accurate quote
- Identify the number of seats and whether you want monthly or annual billing.
- State that you need continuous YouTube streaming and ask how the Enterprise 24/7 Streams feature applies to your exact workflow.
- List your input requirements (RTMP or SRT), expected destinations per workflow, and archive needs.
- Ask whether any required capability is an add-on. For example, Switchboard says its video embed player is available as an add-on through Sales; its price is not stated on the public page.
- For a public-sector organization, request the tailored public-sector pricing and confirm how it fits your use case.
Compare quotes using the same seat count, billing term, archive requirements, and add-ons. Those details affect whether two quoted configurations are truly comparable.
