Squid Game Season 3 premiered on June 27, 2025, exclusively on Netflix. The third and final season is now available to stream, with all six episodes released.
When did Squid Game Season 3 come out?
Netflix released Season 3 on June 27, 2025. It premiered exclusively on Netflix, and the service’s season guide says all six episodes are streaming.
The date had been officially announced by Netflix in advance. The season is no longer upcoming, so headlines suggesting it would arrive “sooner than you think” are out of date.
Is Season 3 the last season?
Yes. Netflix describes it as the third and final season. The story resumes after Season 2’s failed rebellion and the death of Gi-hun’s friend. Gi-hun and the surviving players confront more deadly games, while the Front Man continues his plans and Jun-ho searches for the island. Netflix’s official synopsis says Gi-hun persists in trying to end the game.
