No—Spider-Noir is not listed as a Disney+ release. The Nicolas Cage series premiered on MGM+’s U.S. linear channel on May 25, 2026, before arriving on Prime Video on May 27. Prime Video is the main on-demand destination, while MGM+ handled the U.S. channel premiere.
The series is already available as of September 2026, although the exact subscription route and catalog can vary by country.

Why it isn’t automatically a Disney+ show
Spider-Noir is based on a Marvel character, but that does not make it a Disney+ production. The series was produced by Sony Pictures Television for MGM+ and Prime Video. Marvel’s involvement in the character and promotion is separate from Disney+ distribution.

That supports the practical answer—don’t look for the series on Disney+—but it does not establish a permanent legal exclusion or prove that Disney rejected the show. The official distribution announcements simply name MGM+ and Prime Video as its destinations.

Where to watch Spider-Noir
Prime Video
Prime Video is the clearest option for on-demand viewing. The complete series arrived there on May 27, 2026, in more than 240 countries and territories according to Marvel’s announcement. It was released as a binge rather than a conventional weekly rollout.
Search for the title in the Prime Video app or website and check whether it is included in your local Prime Video or Amazon Prime plan. Do not assume that “available on Prime Video” means free with every Prime membership: plans, advertising, billing and catalog availability vary by country.

In the United States, Spider-Noir debuted on MGM+’s linear broadcast channel on May 25. That is not necessarily the same thing as immediate availability in every MGM+ on-demand library.

“MGM+” can refer to several different access routes:
- The MGM+ live television channel in a cable, satellite or streaming-TV package.
- A direct MGM+ streaming subscription.
- MGM+ purchased as an add-on through Prime Video Channels.
These options can have different catalogs, billing arrangements, cancellation paths and playback interfaces. If you already receive MGM+ through a television package, it may be the simplest route; otherwise, Prime Video is the more straightforward on-demand choice.
Release schedule and episode count
The U.S. MGM+ channel premiere took place on May 25, 2026. The Prime Video release followed on May 27 with the full season available to binge. Contemporary release information identifies the first season as eight episodes.
The two-day gap explains why descriptions of the show’s “two homes” can be confusing: MGM+ was emphasized as the U.S. linear-channel destination, while Prime Video served as the global on-demand platform.

- True-Hue Color
These are not separate seasons or different stories. Depending on your country, device and Prime Video app version, they may appear as separate playback choices or versions. If only one appears, open the show’s full title page rather than relying on “Continue Watching,” and check the episode or playback options. Interface labels are not universal.

Availability caveats
Release arrangements differ between the United States and other markets. Marvel announced Prime Video availability in more than 240 countries and territories, but local licensing, subscription plans and advertising rules can still differ. A U.S. availability listing, such as JustWatch’s U.S. page, should not be treated as a universal guide.
Also avoid assuming that an MGM+ linear-channel subscription automatically provides the same on-demand experience as Prime Video, or that an MGM+ add-on is included in a standard Prime Video membership.
Update: The original future-tense claim that Spider-Noir “won’t be” on Disney+ referred to the pre-release period. The series has now been released: May 25 on MGM+ in the U.S. and May 27 on Prime Video.
