Bravo’s preview also said Taylor shared an update about her near future that surprised Shep Rose. The episode’s official synopsis and preview establish these as reunion topics; they do not settle every disagreement between the cast members.

Taylor and Salley revisit their conflict
The two cast members returned to their back-and-forth accusations. Bravo highlighted the dispute in its episode synopsis and reunion preview, but those descriptions do not establish a final resolution.
Craig discusses his breakup and Austen friendship
Craig’s breakup remained a subject of conversation with his friends. Austen’s candid remarks about his longstanding friendship with Craig prompted the group to consider which friendships could continue.

Patricia Altschul makes her first reunion appearance
Patricia appeared at a Southern Charm reunion for the first time in Part 2. She joked to host Andy Cohen that it would be her “first and last.” Bravo described her appearance as part of a celebration of the show’s ten seasons, including a look back at how the series began.
The reunion set draws on Patricia’s Charleston home
The set was inspired by Patricia’s home. She praised the design, saying, “I think whoever did this was a genius,” and noting, “I mean, there’s a painting of my house. There are fake antiques.”

Bravo reported that the reunion was taped in New York City in February 2025. Craig’s customized tuxedo included “Smile You’re on Camera” stitched above the pocket and “Pillow Prince” inside the collar.
