The “other controversial figure” in the teaser was Charlie Kirk. The clip promoted South Park season 27, episode 2, showing the series’ Donald Trump character reuniting with Satan and Cartman spoofing Kirk, a conservative activist and Trump supporter.
What did the teaser show?
The teaser returned to the Trump-and-Satan storyline from the season 27 premiere. It also showed Cartman parodying Charlie Kirk. The report did not establish any specific dialogue from the teaser, so the confirmed details are the character reunion and the Kirk spoof.

When was the episode scheduled to air?
The teaser was reported on July 29, 2025, and promoted season 27, episode 2, which was scheduled to air on August 6, 2025, after a one-week break. That date is historical, not an upcoming broadcast date.
Why the “next episode” wording is outdated
The headline reflected the episode’s original 2025 publication context. By October 2026, the official South Park news page was listing season 29 updates, and Paramount Press Express search results announced the season 29 premiere for September 16, 2026. The series’ official site promotes Paramount+ as a viewing destination, but that alone does not confirm whether this specific episode is currently available in every region; check the local catalog.
