South Park’s September 30, 2026 episode brought back the show’s animated AI-deepfake version of Donald Trump for a deliberately crude gag: in a public restroom, the character’s penis flies away after he drops his trousers. It is a fictional scene involving an animated character, not a report about the real president’s body.
What happens in the Trump scene
TheWrap’s September 30 recap describes the animated Trump entering a public restroom and dropping his trousers. His penis then flies off, apparently headed for the fictional Billionaire Weenietown. The scene is part of South Park’s satire; it does not depict or establish anything about the real Donald Trump’s body. TheWrap’s episode recap identifies the installment as a Wednesday episode in season 29.
How the gag fits the episode’s story
The Trump scene sits inside a broader storyline about Butters, disembodied cartoon penises and data centers disrupting his neighborhood’s electricity. Butters calls an exterminator, and the billionaires eventually relocate to Nashville. TheWrap reads that destination as an apparent dig at the Ellisons; that is the reporter’s interpretation, not confirmed creator intent. The recap also connects the returning Trump deepfake to the episode’s AI theme and reports that Trump had recently posted about AI guardrails. It says the White House did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but does not report an episode-specific response.
