What happens in the scene?
The encounter follows the episode’s ongoing plot about Vance trying to thwart the expected baby between Trump and Satan. After Vance talks his way out of Trump’s intended punishment, the two animated characters share a hot tub and have sex in the Lincoln Bedroom, Variety reports. Mediaite also describes the encounter in that room and reports cartoon Vance asking, “But boss, what about Satan?” That line is fictional character dialogue, not a statement by the real JD Vance.
The scene is fictional political satire. It does not depict a real event or imply that Donald Trump and JD Vance were involved in sexual activity.

Is it “The Woman in the Hat”?
No. “The Woman in the Hat” is season 28, episode 2, a separate Halloween episode. South Park Studios’ official listing gives its original air date as October 31, 2025, and describes a disruptive spirit from the East Wing and Stan’s concern that South Park has become too political. The Trump–Vance encounter is in the following episode, “Sora Not Sorry.”
