Six Super Bowl party-game formats
1. “Drink every time” event prompts
Before kickoff, choose a short list of things to watch for: a team scoring, a penalty, a player pointing skyward, or a notable commercial. Assign each prompt a point or snack consequence rather than an amount to drink. Keep the list selective so the game does not turn into constant interruptions.

Mark a square when its item appears; agree in advance whether a row, column, or full card wins. Purchased blank cards are optional—the hand-drawn version works just as well.
3. Halftime or party games
Choose a side activity that suits the room and the group. Paper football needs only paper and a flat surface. Flip cup requires cups and a suitable table, so skip it if the venue or group makes it impractical. Why avoid rapid-drinking rules
The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) defines binge drinking as a pattern that typically brings blood alcohol concentration to 0.08% or higher. For a typical adult, that corresponds to four or more drinks for women or five or more for men in about two hours. NIAAA describes a U.S. standard drink as 14 grams (0.6 fluid ounces) of pure alcohol; these are definitions, not safe-consumption targets. NIAAA: Binge Drinking
