Sister Wives star Christine Brown shared before-and-after photos in August 2025, with a caption saying she was down 45 pounds and had kept it off for years. A later September report quoted her describing a 40-pound loss and attributing it to Plexus. The figures come from separate posts and should not be treated as one independently verified measurement.
What Christine Brown’s before-and-after photos show
Parade reported that Brown posted the photos on August 2, 2025. The images present a visible change in her appearance, including her face, but a photo comparison cannot establish why someone’s features look different. The sources covering the posts do not identify a facial procedure or medically explain the change.
Brown is known to viewers of TLC’s Sister Wives, which follows the Brown family. TLC says the family first appeared in the show’s first season in 2010. TLC’s Sister Wives page provides the show context.
Why reports cite both 45 and 40 pounds
The numbers refer to different posts reported at different times, not a single reconciled figure. Parade’s August 3, 2025 report quoted Brown’s caption: “Down 45 pounds and have kept it off for years now!!” Us Weekly’s September 26, 2025 report quoted a separate statement in which she said, “I lost 40 pounds with Plexus.” Parade also covered the later 40-pound claim.

| Post reported | Claim attributed to Brown | Source and date |
|---|---|---|
| August 2, 2025 photo post | 45 pounds down; kept off for years, according to the caption | Parade, August 3, 2025 |
| September 2025 post | 40-pound loss, which Brown attributed to Plexus | Us Weekly, September 26, 2025; Parade |
These are reported personal claims, not publisher-verified weigh-ins. The available coverage does not explain the difference between the figures, so it would be misleading to combine them or present either as a measured result.
What Brown said about Plexus and weight-loss shots
In the September coverage, Brown attributed her 40-pound claim to Plexus. Us Weekly also reported that she said she had not used weight-loss shots, while acknowledging that they were helping many women make progress. Those are her statements as reported at that time; they do not establish a cause for the reported loss or offer medical guidance.

Plexus describes its business as selling wellness products through Brand Ambassadors rather than retail stores. Its help center lists product areas including weight management, gut health, general nutrition, and skincare. That company information supplies commercial context, not confirmation of which product Brown used or evidence that a product caused her reported result. Plexus Help Center and Plexus Worldwide describe the company’s offerings and sales model.

The before-and-after images do not show what caused the change in Brown’s facial appearance. The reviewed coverage does not establish cosmetic treatment, a specific Plexus formula, or a medically verified explanation. Appearance alone is not a basis for diagnosing a procedure, health condition, or weight-loss method.
