Sean “Diddy” Combs’s Holmby Hills mansion was taken off the market on Dec. 24, 2025, after being listed for $61.5 million in September 2024. Realtor.com reported that the reason for the delisting was unclear; the report did not establish that the home had sold.

What happened to the listing?

Realtor.com reported on Dec. 30, 2025, that property records showed the listing was withdrawn on Dec. 24. The house had been offered for $61.5 million. A withdrawal means the property was no longer actively listed; it does not, by itself, show that a sale took place. The report said the reason was unclear and that Realtor.com had contacted a Combs spokesperson.

The reporting does not establish a sale, rental, or relisting, or provide a confirmed explanation for why the listing was removed. Realtor.com’s Dec. 30, 2025 report is the source for the listing update.

Where is the mansion, and what was it like?

The property is in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles. Realtor.com described it as an approximately 17,000-square-foot home with 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Combs bought it for $39 million in 2014, according to the outlet; the $61.5 million asking price was the price attached to its September 2024 listing, not a reported sale price.

The home’s listing description highlighted lawns, mature trees, formal gardens, a pool with a waterfall and grotto, a basketball court, a spa house, and a covered outdoor loggia with a barbecue, bar, and pizza oven. Those details come from the listing copy reproduced by Realtor.com.

How does the legal case relate to the story?

The house was raided by Homeland Security agents in March 2024, according to Realtor.com. The raid and the criminal case provide context for coverage of the property, but the available report does not establish that either caused the delisting.

In its July 2, 2025 verdict report, the Associated Press said the jury acquitted Combs of racketeering conspiracy and sex-trafficking charges and convicted him on prostitution offenses. These were separate outcomes; it would be inaccurate to describe the verdict as a conviction for sex trafficking. The Associated Press’s verdict report provides that distinction. Realtor.com later reported that Combs received a 50-month sentence and a $500,000 fine.

A California real-estate agent quoted by Realtor.com before the verdict offered a general observation that a court might have a say in how proceeds from a home sale were disbursed amid legal action. That was the agent’s assessment, not a court ruling about this mansion or its proceeds.

Does the forfeiture order include the mansion?

No. The cited final forfeiture order, dated Aug. 4, 2026, lists particular electronic devices and storage media seized from a Los Angeles address. The cited exhibit does not list the Holmby Hills residence. It therefore does not support saying that the mansion itself was forfeited. The final forfeiture order identifies the items covered by that order.
