Dorit Kemsley has publicly acknowledged Botox, facial filler, veneers and breast augmentation, while denying that she has had a nose job or facelift. Her comments span different years and settings, so the clearest account is a timeline of what she said—not a diagnosis based on photographs.
What Dorit Kemsley has acknowledged
In Bravo’s coverage of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 9 reunion, published July 18, 2019, Kemsley said: “A little botox and filler…that’s all I’ve ever done to my face.” She also rejected claims that she had a facelift or multiple surgeries, describing those claims as comical. Bravo’s reunion coverage records her account at that time.

In a January 2021 Bravo report on an Instagram Q&A, she said her only plastic surgery was breast augmentation and again acknowledged facial filler and Botox. She added, “If I ever decide to do plastic surgery, I promise I will happily share it.” The same report says she had previously discussed veneers after years of teeth grinding and sensitivity. Bravo’s 2021 report also notes her point that makeup artists can substantially change someone’s appearance.
Did Dorit Kemsley have a nose job?
In 2021, Kemsley spoke about wanting a nose job from age 18 and going with Kyle Richards to a consultation. That establishes that she considered the procedure and attended a consultation; it does not establish that she had rhinoplasty. Bravo’s report on the consultation describes the discussion.

Bravo later relayed plastic surgeon Dr. Ben Talei’s opinion, shared in an Instagram Story, that there was “zero f–king chance” she had a nose job. He cited features he considered consistent with a natural nose. That is one surgeon’s reported visual opinion, not medical proof or a substitute for Kemsley’s own account. Bravo’s coverage of his comments provides the context.
What she said in 2026 about surgery allegations
A June 5, 2026 Reality Blurb article reporting passages from Kemsley’s book quotes her denying a nose job, facelift, chin or cheek implants, and reconstructive work. It also reports her acknowledging Botox, filler, veneers and breast augmentation, and saying that teeth can affect how a face looks. The account is attributable to that outlet’s report of the book; the book itself was not independently reviewed for this article. Read Reality Blurb’s June 2026 report.

How her hair and fashion changed
Bravo’s coverage around Season 13 described Kemsley moving toward brown hair, darker colors and fewer visible logos. She said, “The brown hair was just a choice,” and rejected the suggestion that her husband had put her on a budget. She also connected dressing more covered-up and taking fewer fashion risks to feeling vulnerable and afraid after the 2021 home invasion. These are her explanations of changes in styling and clothing, not evidence of cosmetic procedures. Bravo’s Season 13 coverage recounts the changes and her comments.

How to read the claims about her appearance
- Her own statements: Kemsley has acknowledged Botox, filler, veneers and breast augmentation, and has denied several alleged facial procedures in the accounts cited above.
- A consultation is not an operation: Her 2021 account of considering a nose job and attending a consultation does not show that she went through with it.
- A visual opinion is not proof: Dr. Talei’s assessment was a surgeon’s opinion reported by Bravo, not definitive evidence.
- Photos cannot settle the question: Makeup, hair, styling and veneers can change how someone looks; comparing images cannot reliably establish which procedures a person has or has not had.
