El momento ocurrió durante el desfile de Balenciaga en París, el 30 de septiembre de 2024. En el video, Salma Hayek y Nicole Kidman posan junto a Katy Perry; Hayek apoya una mano en el hombro de Kidman y Kidman se la aparta. El gesto es visible, pero el clip no permite confirmar qué se dijeron ni si hubo un conflicto.

La escena transcurre mientras las tres posan para fotografías en el desfile de Balenciaga. Infobae describe a Hayek tomando a Kidman por el hombro y a Kidman apartándole la mano. Esa secuencia permite describir una interacción breve; por sí sola, no revela la intención de ninguna de las dos.
