Post Malone’s diamond-fang smile was a bespoke collaboration between dentistry and jewelry design—not an ordinary tooth-gem application. Who created Post Malone’s diamond teeth?

Why creating a full diamond tooth was so difficult
A small decorative diamond attached to or placed in a tooth is very different from a full tooth-shaped component. A fang has to fit Malone’s bite and smile, look intentional from multiple angles, and remain in place during ordinary activities such as speaking and eating.

The McNugget that nearly cost Malone a diamond fang
The most memorable test of the work came not from a stage performance but from a fast-food meal.
In a 2023 Esquire interview, as later reported by multiple outlets, Malone said that one of the fangs came loose while he was eating Chicken McNuggets in Rome. The diamond fell into a drain. He said he improvised a retrieval tool using pliers and the plastic tripod from a pizza box, recovered the piece, and took it to a local dentist for reattachment.
Malone also described another incident in which a fang came loose while he was eating bread at a steakhouse in South America.
Those anecdotes add an important practical detail to an otherwise extravagant story. The fangs may have been custom dental work, but they could still be dislodged by ordinary eating. The incidents do not, by themselves, prove that the procedure was unsafe or defective. They document Malone’s experiences, not a clinical safety assessment.
