These are the specifications Walmart currently publishes for the newer listing. Do not interpret 32GB as 32GB of free space. The operating system and preinstalled software reserve part of the storage, so the usable figure will be lower. The fair comparison is that the onn has a relatively generous capacity for its class, not that it provides 32GB for personal use.
