For a small nudge while solving, use the NYT game’s Check or Reveal tools. The NYT Help Center says these can check or reveal a square, an answer, or the whole puzzle. A single-square check or reveal limits the spoiler; revealing the whole puzzle gives away every entry.

Where to play or find the archived Mini
The NYT Help Center says the Mini is available in the Games app, at nytimes.com/crosswords, and in the News app. Its guidance says past Minis are available through the archive on the web and in the Games app to subscribers. Access can depend on subscription level, so check the current terms in the official archive.
To find a past puzzle, open the New York Times Crossword Archive. The Help Center explains that players can switch between the daily Crossword and Mini archive, then navigate by month and year. The NYT says the Sunday Mini becomes available at 6 p.m. EST on Saturday.
