Kristen Bell and Adam Brody return as Joanne and Noah in the Nobody Wants This Season 2 trailer, but this time the question is less whether they will get together and more how they will build a life together. Season 2 premiered October 23, 2025, and is streaming on Netflix.

Watch the official Season 2 trailer on Netflix Tudum. Netflix’s title page lists the trailer at 2 minutes and 13 seconds.
The trailer picks up with Joanne, an agnostic podcast host, and Noah, an unconventional rabbi, recommitted to one another. Netflix describes them as fully committed to bringing their lives and loved ones together, even as their differences remain. The shift is from the uncertain start of a romance to the day-to-day effort of making one work.
What Season 2 is about
At the end of Season 1, Joanne and Noah chose to stay together. The Netflix Media Center synopsis puts the couple in a home and a relationship that feel solid as they encounter the first experiences of building a shared life. That leaves room for the series’ central tensions—different backgrounds, routines and families—without treating their commitment as the end of the story.
