Paramount+’s U.S. June 2025 lineup was led by Love Me, a post-apocalyptic science-fiction romance starring Kristen Stewart and Steven Yeun, and the final two episodes of the soccer documentary PULISIC. The month was relatively light on new scripted originals, but it brought a substantial selection of catalog films, Nickelodeon seasons, live events and scheduled sports coverage.

- June 27: Episodes 8 and 9 of PULISIC arrived, completing the nine-part documentary.

Love Me: June’s headline film
Love Me is a 2024 post-apocalyptic science-fiction romance about a buoy and a satellite that encounter one another online long after humanity has disappeared. As they try to understand human identity, connection and love, the film gives its unusual premise a highly intimate scale.

Kristen Stewart and Steven Yeun provide the central voices and performances. The film premiered on Paramount+ in the U.S. on June 16, 2025, after its earlier festival debut. Paramount’s current listing describes it as a 1-hour-31-minute, R-rated film from 2024—so June marked its streaming arrival, not its production or original release year.
Paramount’s current movie page says viewers need the Paramount+ Premium plan to stream it. That is a current listing signal rather than a guarantee that the exact June 2025 plan structure remains unchanged. Check the service’s present plan details before subscribing.

PULISIC concluded on June 27
PULISIC was not a new series premiere in June. The June 27 release consisted of episodes 8 and 9, the final two episodes of the nine-part documentary about American soccer player Christian Pulisic.
The series follows the pressures surrounding Pulisic’s club and international career alongside his life away from the field. Soccer viewers who had followed the earlier episodes could watch the documentary’s conclusion on June 27; readers discovering it later should look for the complete series rather than treating June as its starting point.

The Tony Awards were hosted by Cynthia Erivo at Radio City Music Hall. Paramount’s June schedule indicated that applicable Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers could use the live feed and later on-demand access under the stated conditions. For movie-library users, the appeal was depth: the list combined major crime films, acclaimed dramas, action franchises, modern classics and family viewing. These were catalog additions, not new Paramount+ originals.
Sports on Paramount+ in June
The June schedule also included coverage involving Formula E, the PGA Tour, NWSL, WNBA, PBR, BIG3 Basketball, LPGA and SailGP. These should be viewed as scheduled sports programming rather than permanent new on-demand titles.

Was Paramount+ worth it in June 2025?
June was worthwhile for the right viewer, but it was not a major month for new scripted programming. The strongest individual film attraction was Love Me, particularly for Kristen Stewart and Steven Yeun fans or viewers drawn to unconventional science-fiction. U.S. soccer followers had a clear reason to watch the conclusion of PULISIC. Families benefited from the Nickelodeon additions, while film fans gained the most from the large June 1 catalog refresh.

Subscribers seeking a large number of new prestige series had fewer reasons to sign up specifically for this month. Sports viewers, catalog-film fans and people who wanted either of June’s headline documentaries or films were better served.
