The schedule below covers May 1–31, 2024. One correction matters: Pyramid Game appeared in an earlier version of the announcement but was later identified as an incorrect listing, so it is not included as a confirmed release.
Notable additions
For classic-TV viewers, the biggest catalogue addition was the full run of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, listed for May 3. The X-Files also arrived, but not all at once: its 11 seasons were scheduled in three batches across the month.

The clearest new-season event was Evil season four, which premiered May 23 as a Paramount+ Original. That date marks the season premiere, not confirmation that the entire season was released at once.
Film additions included Super 8, Fast Charlie, Braveheart, Mourning in Lod and Hotel for Dogs. Documentary and music-watch options included Kiss the Future and Lolla: The Story of Lollapalooza.

How the X-Files rollout worked
The staggered schedule is easy to miss in a simple list of May additions: seasons 1–4 were listed for May 13, seasons 5–8 for May 20, and seasons 9–11 for May 27. In other words, the complete 11-season run was not scheduled as a single May 13 drop.

What to watch, by interest
- Classic television: Start with the full-series addition Buffy the Vampire Slayer; follow it with The X-Files, keeping its three-part arrival in mind.
- Supernatural and horror: Evil season four was the month’s new-season premiere. Buffy and The X-Files offer longer catalogue viewing.
- Documentary and music: Look for the documentary Kiss the Future and the Lollapalooza-focused Lolla: The Story of Lollapalooza. Behind the Music also had a new episode block on May 1.
- Family viewing: The schedule included Hotel for Dogs as a film, plus episode blocks for Blaze and the Monster Machines, The Loud House: The Really Loud House, Baby Shark’s Big Show and Monster High.
- Films: The reported choices ranged from the science-fiction adventure Super 8 to Braveheart, Fast Charlie, Mourning in Lod and Hotel for Dogs.
These are viewing suggestions based on the titles and formats in the schedule, not claims about reviews or ratings. The listed films should not be assumed to be Paramount+ Originals.
Was Pyramid Game coming to Paramount+ Canada?
No—not as a confirmed May 2024 Canadian addition. An earlier version of the announcement listed Pyramid Game for May 30. MobileSyrup updated its report on May 2, 2024, saying the title had been incorrectly included in the original press release. It should therefore be treated as a withdrawn, erroneous listing rather than part of this confirmed schedule. MobileSyrup’s corrected schedule records the update; iPhone in Canada’s contemporaneous list shows the earlier version.

Historical schedule, not a current availability check
This article records what was announced for Paramount+ Canada in May 2024. Streaming catalogues change, so the schedule does not establish that any title is still available now. It is also specific to Canada; release dates and catalogues can differ in other countries.
