- Avatar: The Last Airbender cast Miya Cech as Toph, and Season 2 was in production.
- Black Mirror Season 7 was announced for 2025. Creator and executive producer Charlie Brooker told Tudum it was “kind of OG Black Mirror this season,” adding: “It’s all sci-fi, it’s all techno dystopia — back to basics in a way.”
- Cobra Kai Season 6 bloopers were shown. Netflix also announced Devil May Cry, from Capcom, Netflix and Studio Mir, for April 2025.

Games and an adaptation
- Monument Valley 3 was announced for Netflix Games on December 10, 2024. Netflix also named Civilization VI and Street Fighter IV CE among games coming to the service.
- The Magic: The Gathering animated series was in production with Hasbro Entertainment and Wizards of the Coast, with a new creative direction led by showrunner Terry Matalas. Netflix described it as based on the game. The existing card game is a fan tie-in, not a new Geeked Week game announcement.
Fan events and the live-show atmosphere
The event was more than a stream of trailers. Before the showcase, Netflix advertised Geeks Who Drink trivia, a Twilight of the Gods fan screening with Zack Snyder, a Geeked Ink tattoo activation, an interactive Squid Game “Red Light, Green Light” livestream with prizes, and a Netflix Has Games lounge. Netflix’s post-event recap also described a trivia battle, cosplay showcase, games lounge and Geeked Hall of Fandom awards recognizing fan art, craft, transformation and memorable moments.
Host Joe Manganiello told Netflix Tudum: “Being here, part of this celebration of nerd and geekdom — it’s big, it’s mainstream. There’s no stigma attached to it the way there was when we were kids.” Netflix’s recap used broad descriptions of thousands of in-person fans and millions watching the stream, without exact counts or a stated measurement method.
