For streaming, the key was access to the local ABC station, not simply a service’s claim to carry sports. YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, Fubo and DIRECTV STREAM were among the live-TV options to check; availability varies by market. Enter your ZIP code in the provider’s channel lineup before subscribing. Sling TV may carry ABC in some markets and plans, but it is not a universal ABC option.

Could you watch with an antenna?
Yes, if an ABC affiliate’s over-the-air signal reached your home. Could you stream it through ESPN?
The ESPN App was listed as a viewing option, but access was not automatically included for every viewer. Depending on the account and applicable rights, you might need to sign in through a participating TV provider or have an eligible subscription. Do not assume that a basic ESPN+ subscription alone provided the live ABC broadcast. ESPN’s Game 7 listing is an official place to check for a replay or related video; availability and access requirements can change.
If the app denied access, check that your provider participates, your package includes the relevant access, your account is active, and your location is correct.
