The Overwatch 2 and My Hero Academia crossover paired five game heroes with anime characters: Tracer as Deku, Juno as Uravity, Reinhardt as All Might, Kiriko as Himiko Toga, and Reaper as Tomura Shigaraki. Blizzard announced the limited-time event for October 17–30, 2024, as part of Season 13; that announcement does not confirm the skins are available now.
Which Overwatch heroes are the My Hero Academia characters?
Blizzard’s official collaboration announcement and its October 15, 2024 patch notes confirm the five character-to-hero pairings. The first three are presented as heroes; the last two represent the villain side.
| Overwatch 2 hero | My Hero Academia character | Event side |
|---|---|---|
| Tracer | Deku (Izuku Midoriya) | Hero |
| Juno | Uravity (Ochaco Uraraka) | Hero |
| Reinhardt | All Might | Hero |
| Kiriko | Himiko Toga | Villain |
| Reaper | Tomura Shigaraki | Villain |
Blizzard described All Might as the “symbol of peace” and Shigaraki as the League of Villains’ leader. The official sources establish the roster and event framing, but do not rank the designs or claim that the characters’ abilities are equivalent in gameplay.
What did the Overwatch 2 event include?
Blizzard announced five legendary skins, a shop Mega Bundle containing all five skins plus additional cosmetics, and five sprays and one weapon charm that players could earn by playing. The original event window was October 17–30, 2024. These are details of the announced offer, not confirmation of current shop availability.

For the dated season context, Blizzard’s October 15, 2024 patch notes place the collaboration in Season 13 and repeat the character mappings. Blizzard’s collaboration announcement describes the event window and cosmetics.
How do the pairings work as a crossover?
The official roster makes three pairings on the hero side and two on the villain side. As an interpretation rather than an official ranking, the choices also make the crossover legible at a glance: the anime’s central hero trio is represented by Tracer, Juno, and Reinhardt, while Kiriko and Reaper carry the two villain identities. Blizzard’s announcement confirms the assignments; it does not provide a comparative evaluation of costume fidelity or gameplay fit.

Is this the same game as My Hero Academia: All’s Justice?
No. The Overwatch 2 collaboration was a limited-time cosmetic event. MY HERO ACADEMIA: All’s Justice is a separate 3D arena fighting game from Bandai Namco, with a story mode and a roster spanning U.A. students, Pro Heroes, and villains. Its official page lists Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. It is not the Overwatch crossover and does not provide a way to obtain the Overwatch skins.
