However, no detailed death certificate, hospital statement or formal coroner’s report was identified in the sources reviewed. The most accurate description is that Lee died after a sudden health crisis; earlier updates said she had suffered multiple cardiac arrests associated with complications from the flu.
That wording matters. It is reasonable to summarize the public reports as flu complications followed by cardiac arrests, but it would go too far to state that influenza was definitively certified as her cause of death. Claims about a congenital heart condition or other pre-existing conditions should not be treated as established without an authoritative medical source.

Mickey Lee on Big Brother 27
Lee appeared on the U.S. edition of Big Brother during its 27th season, which aired in 2025. Paramount’s official press materials included her among the season’s cast, and CBS episode material referenced her role in the season, including her use of a mystery power.
Cast coverage described Lee as a 35-year-old event curator associated with Atlanta and originally from Jacksonville, Florida. During the game, she used a special power to take control of a Head of Household result, won a Power of Veto and became one of the season’s more prominent personalities. Some coverage characterized her gameplay as bold or polarizing; those are interpretations of her television presence rather than objective biographical descriptions.
