Not every celebrity Megyn Kelly criticizes is in a feud with her. A harsh remark shows what Kelly said; a reciprocal public exchange is stronger evidence of a dispute. The available reporting points to different situations: criticism of Blake Lively and a podcast discussion of Beyoncé and Sydney Sweeney do not, by themselves, establish personal feuds, while reports describe public exchanges involving Kelly and Mark Levin, and Kelly and Dave Portnoy.
What counts as a feud here?
“Feud” is not a formal category with a settled threshold. For this question, the useful distinction is whether Kelly criticized someone, or whether both sides publicly responded to each other. Direct contact and the identity of the people actually exchanging remarks matter too: a dispute involving a celebrity and someone else does not automatically become a Kelly-versus-celebrity feud.
The examples below come from separate reports, not a single unified celebrity dispute. They should not be combined into one supposed feud.
Blake Lively: criticism, but no reported direct exchange
Kelly’s comments about the Lively–Baldoni case
TheWrap reported on February 13, 2025, that Kelly again discussed the legal dispute between Lively and Justin Baldoni on The Megyn Kelly Show. Kelly said, “My own position is she’s absolutely ruined her brand, she has started a fight she cannot win, she does appear like an Amber Heard to me.” TheWrap also reported that Kelly called Lively a “serial fraudster.” These are Kelly’s characterizations, not court findings. TheWrap’s report also quotes Lively’s lawyers, Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson, saying: “Ms. Lively has initiated discovery that will expose the people, tactics and methods that have worked to ‘destroy’ and ‘bury’ her reputation and family over the past year.” That is the lawyers’ stated position, not an independent finding about the case.

What happened at the gala?
On April 26, 2025, TheWrap reported that Kelly and Lively had both attended the TIME100 Gala in New York on April 24. The article said they “apparently didn’t speak or cross paths.” Kelly criticized Lively publicly, but this account does not document a reciprocal exchange between the two or a direct interaction at the event. The report identifies Lively’s legal dispute as one with Baldoni, not Kelly. Read TheWrap’s account of the gala.
On the evidence in these reports, Kelly criticized Lively, but calling it a personal Kelly–Lively feud goes beyond what they document.

Beyoncé and Sydney Sweeney: a comparison, not a documented feud
A Podscripts transcript page describes a Megyn Kelly Show episode comparing public reactions to Beyoncé’s Levi’s advertisement and Sydney Sweeney’s American Eagle campaign. The available episode description presents the subject as commentary on advertising and differing reactions; it does not document either celebrity responding to Kelly. Mark Levin: a documented public dispute, with disputed details
The Daily Beast reported on November 21, 2025, that Kelly and Levin traded public insults after Kelly commented on Jeffrey Epstein. Levin criticized Kelly and accused her of smearing Epstein’s victims. Kelly said Levin had called her a Nazi; Levin denied that characterization and said he had called her a grifter. The disagreement over Levin’s wording should remain attributed to each speaker rather than presented as settled fact.

Levin said of Kelly: “You’ve revealed yourself. You also have the mouth of a lowlife. Very limited vocabulary. You should work on that.” Kelly said: “I mean, literally, Mark Levin was calling me a Nazi two weeks ago.” This is stronger evidence of a public dispute between Kelly and Levin than criticism alone, because the report describes statements from both sides. Dave Portnoy and Caitlin Clark: the response was Portnoy’s
OK! Magazine reported on August 4, 2026, that Kelly criticized Caitlin Clark after Clark gave reporters a neutral answer about a teammate’s comments on transgender athletes. Clark said: “I think, for us, it’s not really a discussion we really have in our locker room. I think it’s for leagues and the governing bodies to work with their athletes to find solutions, but our focus is on basketball.”

Portnoy then defended Clark, saying, “She just wants to play ball,” and Kelly replied to Portnoy on social media. The documented exchange is between Kelly and Portnoy; the report does not establish that Clark herself was feuding with Kelly. Coverage can use “feud” as shorthand, but the label does not make every case equivalent. The Daily Beast account of Levin and Kelly describes reciprocal public insults. OK! Magazine describes Kelly responding to Portnoy after he criticized her remarks about Clark. Mediaite, meanwhile, called Kelly’s relationship with CBS editor-in-chief Bari Weiss a longstanding feud while reporting that Kelly criticized Weiss and CBS Evening News anchor Tony Dokoupil, whom she nicknamed “T’Oprah.” That is Mediaite’s characterization; the reported comments about Dokoupil do not themselves establish a direct dispute between him and Kelly.
